Cycle update- Tren Ace

No way i could cut on tren holy shit

Added carbs does make sense rob

I'm guessing that my low dose makes it easier for recomping. I take in 100-150 carbs per day with one refeed day at 300.I do 60 minutes cardio minimum. I just started getting the night sweats but not a big deal because of prami... Day 17 of cycle.
 
5 week update

Ok bros Ive decided to pull the plug on this cycle for a lot of reasons.

1. Lower back pain is unbearable in the gym. Even sitting in my car for a little while lights it up. Ive done all i can for this i think, but the tren is just too strong i feel.
2. had some sort of sudden and intense headache doing barbell rows and had to lay down. This happened around 15 years ago but worse and i wasnt even able to stand up and had to have someone drive me home. Needless to say i couldnt finish the workout for risk of that happening. I think these are exertion or compression headaches or something.
3. I had surgery to reattach an elbow tendon a few years ago and i tweaked or strained it and i cant risk that going really bad. I know roids are bad for tendons and this tendon is especially vulnerable at this time.
4. Did something to my wrist if i had to guess its from the heavy pressing or military presses i think i bent my wrist back too much with PR weight and injured it.
5. Lethargy is constant and affects everything i do. i get out of breath really easy and people are starting to notice on the job.
6. Ive become very stiff and inflexible, probably from the large amount of mass added in short time, but nonetheless its a factor.
7. Muscles cramp or charlie horse everywhere very easily which is very painful and irritating of course.
8. Im much more irritable than normal, which i think is related to the lethargy. Already put my fist through the coffee table the other day lol wife was pissed.
9. Very hard to have sex because of the lethargy and breathlessness. And although im taking caber, i still think prolactin has been a factor since i dont have a problem getting hard, but its difficult getting off.
10. Lower leg/shin pumps when doing cardio. i cant go more than a few minutes at a time when i have to stop and stretch it out.


Now the good:
1. Gained more than I ever had before. Total lean gain of 18 lbs when the loss of 2% BF is factored in
2. Strongest ive ever been in the gym
Thats all for the good lol

Tren is a very specialized drug i found. Its ONLY good for walking into that gym, being a beast, then going home. Cardio is tanked due to breathlessness and lower leg pumps.
I think if i was in my 20's i could withstand this drug better but im 39 in a month and this cycle just isnt fun at all.

All in all im very pleased with the results and i think the gains have leveled out or at least slowed a lot, and i just dont see the benefits of continuing verse the damage im doing. i really think i do better with long esters instead of the short intense esters so my body has time to get used to the changes. I feel good stopping now and can say i made great progress. Im looking forward now the the next cycle and figure if this one is short then its all the less time i have to wait until the next cycle.

Ive actually got tren E on hand and was thinking to run that next time. Tren gains are too good to just drop it in all forms

last time i was on tren i was hiking with my dogs. 2 of them turned the corner and were gone!! i couldn't find them.. i was running all over a huge preserve trying to find them and my worst fear was that they would find their way onto the road or get deep into the woods and get stuck somewhere since they were both tied together. plus it was getting close to sunset.. this was a bad situation and luckily i had some glycogen tabs on hand but water was running very low.. .. luckily my other dog led me down the path and they were running back together without a care in the world and i was able to snatch them. but it could of been worse had i not been able to find them for another hour or two.

sounds like your bp went sky high. mine was all over the place last time I ran tren.

in the future 50-75mg eod of legit tren with pharm grade test is plenty for me

Have you considered dropping to a lower overall weekly dose? (200mg range)

It's crazy though, at 210mg per week an weighing 184, I have been doing a ton of cardio and haven't noticed many sides aside from getting up 2x per night, mild fatigue and an obnoxious alpha-responses if somebody challenges me. My body is recomping well and i'm only taking in 1800-2000 kcals/day. I'm assuming support is to credit? Remember Tren is 5x stronger than test from an andro and anabolic perspective so 200mgs is the equivalent of running a gram of t. I like it so far and I'm only at day 19.

You can't compare androgenic and anabolic potency against dose equivalents of testosterone, it doesn't work that way.


Bump to 50mg ed and then you'll understand how strong tren really is.

I agree with you. My point is that you can run smaller dosages of the compound and see rewards better than most "adequate" dosages of other compunds. Coming from a health science background, I did not want to experiment with a "normal" dose of Tren. As far as comparing strength of the compound, tren is in fact 5x stronger androgenically and anabolically than test. At 210mg per week, I am very happy with my results thus far an have recomped very well. Additionally, I was told by a fellow health science nut that running ait <250mgs allows for one to perform cardio without backlash. My cardio has barely taken a hit so there's the trade-off. Yeah I'm not experiencing the full effect of tren's fat burning and strength, but I'm able to run a much lower calorie diet than most other people without using my aminos as fuel through gluconeogenisis. I'll try a heavier dose next run

That's not a logical comparison at all.

The anabolic and androgenic potency of tren at 5x greater is not the equivalent of running 5x higher dose testosterone and getting "equal" results.

There's no rational way to compare it that way. It doesn't make sense.
 
i ran test at 750 and tren blows it out of the water

at that low of a dose though you can just run it twice as long and get the fat burning effect.

Yes but he's at 30mg ed and saying it's giving good results, which I don't doubt. 66% higher dose is a huge bump, especially with tren. Obviously someone who has used tren a lot will be able to handle a lot more than 350mg per week.

Probably at least 5 stacked cycles under your belt before tren. Trens just on a whole different level and you wont want to go back

I've done about 6 cycles, bot including peptides. Just do as much research a possible IMHO.

For every guy like me who waited 12 years and 7 or 8 cycles in, theres a 23 year old that just finished their first cycle of test and is about to hit tren right after

I know people that started with tren. I waited about 6 cycles before tren, but once the tren train starts there's no going back.

Bumpity bump bump bump. +bump. Run EQ... Fun and long cycle with progressive gains. Once you are flowing, it hit good.

Exactly. Because of the horror stories, i really just wanted to play it super safe. I'm in a position where I really can't lose my cool at work. I am a huge proponent of "steroids don't make jerks, they turn little jerks into hurc jerks." But I know of 2 passive vets that ran many cycles before trenning, and were surprised at their alpha post tren. I have to be in charge at my job and being any more alpha could be an issue. I'll definitely run 500 tren e later.

I agree. I can feel it even at 210. I have a friend who never lifted and had good genetics so he definitely looked impressive during his test deca cycle. But he would act like an idiot and get pissed at the dumbest things. I tried reminding him that sauce doesn't make people act like that and i made fun of him for being such a douche. I have never had that happen on cycle. Yet at 210 mg I almost ripped somebody out of their car for cutting me off before reminding myself not to sweat the small stuff. And that's just 210!!!

The irritability comes from the side effects of feeling like crap all the time. Feeling "sick" makes people really short tempered regardless.

I never felt any heightened sense of aggression on tren, just ridiculous strength and mass gains. Then again, I'm typically a chill guy anyways. Had symptoms of lethargy, dark colored piss, mild increases in sweating but never had night sweats, etc. I tolerated tren pretty well at 100mg eod. The hypoglycemia was the real biotch for me, getting low blood sugar easily forced me to go high carb to avoid feeling like death, and when I did that, it was an overall good experience.

When you throw around heavy weights, some guys all of the sudden think they are the shit and act like an arrogant prick because they are strong. It's all in your personality.


The pros all use the strongest shit, and you don't see any of those guys raging. It's all in people's heads.

I was deep sea fishing and spent 7 hours throwing up non stop with diarhea.. i was deep into a tren cycle. i literally almost died.. anything i would attempt to drink would get thrown up.. the trip was 8 hours so it was either jump overboard or suffer for 7 hours straight..

cool story i know but another example of why tren is great if your life is just lifting, eating and fucking.. but it can fuck you if you have other stuff you like to do .

best thing to do with tren is take a vacation to the caribbean and stay at a resort for 12 weeks where food is free and do nothing but sleep, eat, fuck and workout and inject tren. you would grow like a weed

Was eating 3200-3400 cals. Probably 500-700 over maint
325-375 average prot
150 average carb

Never had to give a shit about carbs before, always kept them sort of low but found out really fast carbs will benefit on tren. Night sweats went down after taking in some carbs before bed. And that always sweating and feeling feverish went down with carbs at every meal. Tren just chews through all that shit, its insane

Ive never made an update cycle thread so hope i helped out some bros here.
 
Sort of low?? I always keep carbs high on tren unless you're using it to burn far which it will do even if your carbs are high. My carbs are always above my protein if I'm on a mass stack

Wasnt really looking for just mass, more of a recomp but looks like i got more than i bargained for. I normally off cycle keep carbs low is what i meant.
 
So you were not on low carbs when you were running tren? If you were that might have been the cause for your lethargy. And for just 5 weeks and a lean gains of 15 pounds is insane so you should be content with what you got off of this cycle. Now it's all just a matter of keeping it

Not low carbs on tren, had to increase because tren is so strong. Yes Im very happy and cut it short since i was tired of the sides. Keeping it is always the trick no matter what cycle

This is why I thoroughly enjoy prami. It so cheap due to the popular demand of caber and it knocks u out cold no matter what you are running. The trick is the low taper.
