Cycle to lose fat/keep or gain muscle

I welcome everyone's input. I am at about 255 lbs and 6' tall( down from a bulk cycle high of 285). I used T-3 and then short cycle of DNP (hated it!) to lose the fat. Still have about 12 to 15 % BF though. I was thinking of trying something to lose BF while maitaining or gaining some muscle. I know that it hard to do, but I respond well to AS, and I figure that if I do 30-60 minutes of cardio a day plus my workout and the cycle, I stand a chance of hardening the abs up. Please critique at your own pace.

I am an intermediate level user (2 years experience with AS, been working out forever).

T-3 begins on day one and runs throughout for 6 wks up to 120 mcg/day.

I will use test at 500 mg for six weeks and taper down for the last two weeks.

I will use EQ at 400 mg per week for 8 weeks.

I have some IP oral masteron I am think about putting in the last four weeks OR winstrol for the entire 8 weeks.

Finally, I will eat 300 grams of protein daily (maybe more); I will keep carbs relatively low (around 600 grams daily, probably a little higher); and fat as low as possible).

I am good at bulk cycling, but have little experience with dieting, so any input is valued. Yes, even those who will flame me are appreciated (and will burn in hell).
 
Your cycle seems good but if you could get the winstrol get it and do a cc every day. It will harden you up. As far as protein, for someone with your weight, you should be taking in atleast 400 grams of protein, and you should cut your carbs to 300 grams for a couple of weeks and then down to 100-150 for 2 weeks, then you will notice an incredible amount of fat loss. 600 grams of carbs are relatively high. YOu should do cardio first thing in them morning.
 
damn bro---600 grams carbs!! you need to cut that back to about 50-100/day....excess carbs are easily converted to fat. i am following a contest diet through beverly international....check out their site and find someone about your size and try their diet out.
 
have you done T3 before? 120 mcg is very high and t3 usualy comes in 25mcg doses so i dont know how you are going to measure this out. 120mcg is very catabolic and i would not do that much unless you are using at least a gram of test a week. do t3 for 4 weeks in the classic piramid scheme, but only go to 100mcg.

i did t3 up to 75mcg and it ate me up like crazy. i did dbol at 50mg/day, fina at 75/day and winny at 100mg a day and i was shrinking fast. i was planning on going up to 100, but when i got to 75, i said hell no. i began to look like an aids patient
 
The cycle looks pretty solid! I would cut the carbs alot lower as 600g's a day seems a little high for cutting. Also I would not start the T3 on week 1 as your gear has not kicked in yet an in higher doses Cytomel can be very catabolic. I would use it for the last 4 weeks like this(using 25mcg tabs)1112223334444333332222211111. What about and E/C/A stack ? I would also try to get double your body weight in grams of protein(about 475-500 grams a day:eek2: ) Other then that you should do very well. E-Mail or PM me if you have any questions. Try the low/no carb diet for a month and you may never try another diet again. It takes the fat off me big time, and with AS I actually gain muscle while on it.
 
I have done the low/no carb diet, but I could only do it for a week. I couldn't function. I will try it again, but once I get depleted it's hard to gradually increase the carbs without binging out on them. Sounds solid, though. I'll give it a try. I would use phentermine, too, but it is very dangerous with cytomel.
