LMAO def an accurate description, I just cant do it. If i put it in protein shake it makes it horrible and alone just makes me gag.
Well, I have always used the "chocolate flavor." A better description is "brown flavor." But this is what I do:
Put it in a home made MRP. Two scoops whey, half cup of oat meal, 1 frozen banana, skim milk cocoa and two packets of splenda. This masks it pretty well.
