186lbs @ 5'10? start eating...a lot more...the cycles won't help nearly enough if you don't eat enough food.

If you wanna continue bulking but stay lean, why not prop/tren a with plenty of cals?

I do eat.. I eat lots , but not nearly enough apparently! ;) I do take adderall for ADD and being in college its nearly impossible without it. so that = loss of appetite * which I eat through* and loss of weight *which is hard to keep*. I was thinking test/tren/ winny tabs? any suggestions at dosages and length?

thats what im on right now, a cycle from Mak.. im 7 weeks in gained about 5 pounds and leaning and cutting up like i have never before, veins everywhere. Im only looking for lean muscle now and cuts.
 
The chicks don't really give a shit if you are big or small. What they do know is if you look good with your shirt off or not. When you are ripped, it is true you look bigger, and no matter what you weigh girls automatically assume you are very strong.

So I would suck it up for this beach season and cut like crazy. Do the mak cutter and get some awesome results. You are probably 16-18%bf....so 172 @10% bf would look great to them. If you keep all the muscle you have, you basically are going to be the same size just without the insulation.

Then it is your choice in the fall/winter. Bulk the fuck out of yourself or do a lean bulker.

But in 2-3 months on a bulker now you could get up to 205 or so without becoming the michelin man...but you will look about the same just bigger. You'll be able to see your bi's and shoulders maybe a little more, but your chest, stomach, and back will look about the same. (your back might even look worse) Not too mention you will feel self conscious taking your shirt off bulking. Save the bulker.

good development of the lats there bro. I'd prioritize chest and arms for awhile but overall i'd say good work. If the bacne resurfaces on ur next cycle consider accutane.

Now for the serious business. i agree with a lot of the comments that looking shredded is more important than sheer volume in terms of how big u look. If i were u i'd do this:

1-12 test e 500 mg ew
1-10 tren e 400 mg ew
1-4 winstrol 50 mg ed
5-8 var 50 mg ed
9-13 winstrol 50 mg ed
1-13 proviron 50 mg ed

AI: Lethro 1.25 mg ed adjust as needed

then of course a good pct.

add to this:

5000 clean cals ed
1/2 hour low to medium intensity cardio ed even tho that can be a bitch on tren.

i'm currently on week 5 of this and happy with how its working out. gaining and lowering bf significantly simultaneously.

Whatever u do i hope it'll work for u.
