Cycle Review

What's up Elite Fitness members? I have been a long time reader on this forum, and now I am finally going to make my first post. Plan to start a cycle here pretty soon, and it is my most advanced one yet, so just looking for some feedback from you all.

First, a little about myself. I am 6'0, 215, about 14-15% body fat. I have done a few cycles in the past. A couple of PH's, and then Test with some orals, and Test with EQ. My goal is to get bigger, stronger, and leaner. I am not looking to get shredded, but I would like to be around 10% body fat at about the same weight.

I work out 3 times a week. My ability to hit the gym is limited because I work out of town and stay in a hotel the entire week. I do a Push/Pull/Legs split with moderate reps. 10-12 is typically where I stay at, but occasionally will throw in a heavy day, or a high rep day. I literally work my ass of everyday, so I don't do a lot of cardio.

Diet is good, not great. Again, because I am out of town and in a hotel the majority of the weak, I don't have a kitchen at my disposal. The majority of my meals are fast food/restaurants. I eat a lot of Subway, Taco Bell, and KFC. Subway is usually a foot long sub with double meat, usually chicken or Turkey. Taco bell is either the chicken or steak catina burrito. KFC is the buffet where I just eat the grilled chicken, potatoes and veggies. I just try to keep it as clean as possible with the options I have. I also snack on almonds and jerky through-out the day, and have a protein shake here and there if unable to get away for some solid food.

The cycle I want to run is a stack of Test, EQ, and NPP with some peps in there. I don't want to run any orals, because the pumps I get from them make it almost impossible to do my job. I also don't want to use sarms, so please keep that in mind. Here is my plan.

1-16 Test E - 500mg/week
1-16 EQ - 600mg/week
1-12 NPP - 100mg/eod
1-8 CJC-1295 w/DAC - 4mg/week
1-16 Ipamerlin - 200mcg 2x/day (AM/PM)
9-16 CJC-1295 no/DAC - 200mcg 2x/day (AM/PM)
1-16 Arimidex - .5mg/eod
1-12 Prami - .5mg/day (PM)
14-18 HCG - 1000iu/week

PCT:
19-22 Clomid 50/50/25/25
19-22 Aromasin 12.5mg/eod
19-22 Test Stack No. 17
19-24 D-AA

Will most likely also continue the peps into and past PCT.

Please let me know what you think. You looking to get all the advice I can. Thanks in advance!
 
1. clean up your diet, what you listed.....bout half needs to go. You need leaner meats (lunchmeat is not lean, filled w/sodium), cleaner fats and slower digesting carbs.

2. take all the money your going to spend on pep's and buy 1 kit of sero's (serostim) HGH. it is american made and expect to shell out quite a bit for it.......worth every penny compared to the pep's.

3. cycle itself looks pretty good. Id consider adding oxandrovar to it, 4wk jumpstart will really get the NPP movin. 1 bottle of n2gaurd while on the oral.
 
I don't like what you have to eat for your diet, and would like to see you purchase food at the grocery store instead of fast food, but I think your cycle and PCT is laid out very well. I would consider adding in Ostarine to PCT at 25mg ED as well
 
I understand about my diet. I literally work 16 hours a day, or more. I also stay away from home, and live in a hotel 6 days a week. So buying and preparing food is not the easiest thing to do. Sometimes I will buy stuff for Tuna Wraps or something like that, but that grows old after awhile. I try to keep it as clean as possible with the fast food I do eat.

I would love to get some HGH, but have a hard time sourcing legit stuff. I can get Hyge, Kigs, or Kefei.. but I here a lot of mixed reviews about these so I shy away from it. I've read great things about the peps, so wanted to give those a try.
 
I worked in the oil and gas industry for a while and experienced a schedule similar to yours; long hours, constantly away from home living out of a hotel room. Here's my advice for what it's worth -

If you have any say in the matter, choose to stay in a hotel with a kitchenette, demand it even. Eating fast food and working long hours is taxing on your body and will hinder the results you're looking for. I know it's not appealing cooking meals for yourself after working a long day but it's worth it.

Bring food with you before you head out in the field, cans of tuna, fresh bread, anything that you can stretch out for a while. Try and make it so you live off the food you bring for at least 3-4 days, then you're not eating so for at least half of the time.
 
The cost of lodging comes directly out of the money we make, and we don't get paid a per diem, so the place we stay is basically the cheapest you can find. We typically will stay at a Red Roof Inn or Motel 6. The only thing I have at my disposal is a mini-fridge, that has to be shared we another guy. If it comes down to it, I can prep a bunch of food on Sunday when I am home. Then just pack a bunch of cooked meats, and rice in bowls and store them in the fridge. Then put the portions in a tupperware container when we head out.

I agree.. Ostarine and GW should be incorporated into your PCT. At the least Ostarine.

what age are you man ?

your cycle and pct are solid, although i personally dont bother with EQ anymore.
4mg of cjc with dac is a nice dose - i prefer GHRP6 over ipam,
try to prep more of your food... although i cant criticise much at the moment coz im eating a shit ton of junk on a dirty bulk right now :p
 
Cycle looks good however I would add Ostarine. Also, do some research on your diet needs, you need to be eating clean and up your protein to build muscle. Check out our forum on diets and food prep.
 
Thanks to everyone that has posted with their advice so far.

General consensus seems to be that the cycle looks pretty good, I just need to get my diet better. It is not as bad as it sounds, but I agree if I want the most out of this I need to make an effort to clean it up and prep my food. I know how to eat right, it is just having the WILL to take the time and effort to do it.

Columbo - I thought about GHRP6, GHRP2, and IPAM. Since I am trying to lean out a bit I wanted to avoid 6 because of all the hunger that you get from it. Would you say that 2 is better than IPAM?

One more thing guys. I have no desire to use sarms again, on cycle, in pct, or after. I have used them twice previously and was not impressed. I personally don't think they are worth the price. Sorry if that ruffles some feathers, but from my experience, they are not that great.
