just an update. I'm down to 196 pounds Have not checked bodyfat, but my workouts are still good No loss of strength, pants are getting looser, and I'm feeling lighter on my feet. I'm excited to see what I can accomplish in the next few weeks. I took a page from Dylan and I've been adding greek yogurt to my diet. I eat with peanut butter or fruit depending on my meal time and I've noticed I've cut a lot of calories but trading the yogurt for whey and milk. Now I have whey only with water, but the yogurt is more filling so cravings have been reduced.
