So first of all I plan on taking a cycle of Test 250 and Winnie. I will start with my stats and my diet. I am 6'3" 225 lbs. 22 years old my bf% is between 12-15% An example of my diet:
Breakfast- 6 eggs (4 whites/ 2 Whole), 1 cup Oatmeal w/ 1/2 scoop protein powder and a banana. 981 cal. 19 fat, 110 carb, 65 pr
Snack- Greek Yogurt, Granola Bar. 280 cal. 5 fat, 39 carb, 21 pr
Lunch- 2 tuna sandwiches, brocoli. 740 cal. 8 fat, 117 carb, 66 pro
Preworkout- 1/2 scoop protein 1/2 cup oatmeal 210 cal. 3 fat, 29 carb, 17 pro
Post workout- 1and1/2 scoop protein, 1/4 cup oatmeal. 355 cal, 2 fat, 20 carb, 39 pro.
Dinner- 4 chicken tenders, 1/2 cup brown rice, steamed carrots, milk. 480 cal, 6 fat, 73 carb, 34 pro
Before Bed- Milk w/ (casein)protein, 220 cal, 3fat, 16 carb, 32 pro
Which equals 3166 cal, 43 fat, 380 carb, 266 protein.
Any advice on the diet would be cool too .
I have taken a few cycles of prohormones, but this will be the first steroid cycle. I took Epi, and Superdrol twice. Also, I have been lifting hardcore with no breaks since I was 17 in high school.
I have a few rookie questions, I have done tons of research and will still be researching. The first thing that I am confused about is the length of a cycle I should take, and the amount I should take. (I haven't looked into that too thoroughly, but I plan on it this week.)
The next question/ statement I have is F%$k superdrol. It gave me amazing gains but messed my liver up badly and I got slight gyno (that i still currently have) like 8 weeks after my pct, but my liver is all back to normal. So here comes the question. Should I try to get rid of the slight gyno I have now? Or run my cycle and try to kill it off with some Letro as a part of my pct? The severity of my gyno is a slight bump under my right nip pea sized with some pain, and the left side is pretty much the same, less pain but the bump is a tad bigger. It has been about 4 months since my last superdrol cycle and I plan on taking this cycle late january.
So next question, is that I am trying to lean up. Should I add nolva/clomid/arimidex intra cycle to get a more dry look and to further prevent my gyno from worsening or combining that with winnie will mess up my joints? To piggy back on this I tried a bottle of letro to get rid of my gyno after superdrol and lack of research on my part I took it wrong and it didn't work. Also, I could feel the letro taking a toll on my joints.
SO i guess next would be my pct, So considering the gyno I want to run letro as my estrogen terminator, also run some HCGenerate, Formastane as my test boosters but also throw in some creatine, and maybe some tribulis and DAA. Any comments on that will be helpful.
So basically I want to put on muscle (who doesn't) While leaning out, and increasing my overall athleticism. I am in a semi-pro football league, no drug testing But at the same time I want to keep a bodybuilding physique.
Here is an example of some of my current stats. DB Bench 140's x 4-6, Bench 315x 4-6 Squats (dont go too heavy, try to stay explosive) but i rep out 405 over 10 times. Barbell Bicep curls reppin 145. DB Shoulder press 110x 8-10
Any advice is helpful, If I am a complete idiot tell me, Just need some advice and if I forgot something let me know. Thank You.
