Cycle log: Test 500/dbol 30

Thought I'd log my cycle, seeing as it's my first.
Stats:
Age: 25
Weight: 205 lb ( was about 110 pounds when I started)
Body fat: 12%
Training: 8 years
History: have used clen, and lasix. Never used AAS.
Comps: have won numerous comps since a young age. Competed as a power lifter for a lot between 19-21 for bench and deadlift. Plan on ine day competing as a bodybuilder.
Lifting stats:
deadlift: 415lb
Squat: 500lb
Bench: 325 lb
Physique: fairly lean. Not super vascular :(. But muscle bellies look pretty full.

Pretty sure I've reached my genetic limit. My arms are 18 and a half inches and quads are 30.


Cycle:
Weeks 1-10 Testostrone enanthate (Unigen) 500mgs every week split between 250mg injections Monday and Thursday
Weeks 1-4 Dianabol (blue hearts) 30mg a day (first two day 10mg, next 3 20mg, moving to 30mg.
Weeks 1-12 Liquidex (rui/ar-r) starting off at 0.25 mg eod and will adjust the dosage depending on what's happening (gyno, water etc)
2 weeks after last pin: Nolvaldex 40/40/20/

Also have a liver support that I'll use for pretty much the whole cycle.

Calories: will be 4,500 but have not sat down and worked out my diet yet, will be made up of Chicken, Eggs, Brown Rice, fish, steak, broccoli, oats and tuna mostly.

6 litres of water a day.

Good? Critique if you will. How does pct look? Only want answers from people who know what they're talking about.

Commencing this cycle in 2 days, very excited. (As you could imagine)
 
Subbed good luck man! Still waiting for my time to cycle! Just from being around these forums and researching like crazy pct looks a little light. Clomid and/or hcg wouldnt hurt. Im sure someone with more experience will give you the advice you need.

What's your cycle? Yeah but I don't have to go super crazy seeing as I'm using adex for all the way up to pct. I might chuck some clomid in tho. Can't get my hands on hcg anytime soon, I buy locally and my source doesn't have anything. Living in Australia also it is very hard to import shit lol

I dont plan on cycling for another 2 years and my first cycle will be during my comp prep for 2017. Been using sarms for a while now and im loving them but all they have done is made me more eager to jump on a cycle.
 
First cycle is going to be test e 1-6 500mg a week
Test p 7-8 50mcg ed
Winnie 3-8 50-100mg ed
Proviron 3-8 50-100mg ed
And maybe masteron prop in the last 6 weeks
And sarms will be used 12 weeks prior to starting

Im from perth.Sarms are good but not test or dbol! You going to the arnold?
 
And the cycle i listed was a comp prep cycle. Im on a 2 year bulk at the moment
 
Yeah man it's on this weekend. Will enjoy going there to see some big aussie dudes. It's very rare seeing ifbb pro like physiques in Australia.
That looks like a good prep cycle. If I were you I'd chuck in letro or lasix. Makes you dry as a mother fucker.
 
was going to run aromasin throughout and letro in the last 4 weeks. need to look into lasix more, i take it you liked it?
 
Update: first pin today. Was kinda rough, was trying to focus on my injection that I started shaking alittle. All good though. Started with 10mg do dbol this morning to.
 
My first IM pin of carnitine was the biggest adrenaline rush iv had, i was sweating bullets and shaking! Im fine now though, you get use to it pretty quick
 
Update: 6 days in, nothing really. Good dbol pump lol, defs alittle stronger. Pushing heavier weights for more reps. Diet:

Morning: meal 1:
5 whole eggs with a slice of cheese
1 1/2 cup of oats
Glass of milk

Meal 2:
1 cup of brown rice
5 oz chicken breast
Peanut butter on crackers

meal 3:
1 cup of brown rice
5 oz chicken breast
Peanut butter on crackers
Fruit of choice

meal 4:
1 cup of brown rice
1 cup of brocoli
5 oz of chicken
1 glass of milk

meal 5: pre workout
1 cup of oats
1 cup of chocolate cyto gainer
1 cup of milk
(All mixed together, my "proats" lol)

Post workout:
2 scoops of cyto gainer with water
Fruit of choice

dinner:
Either a huge bowl of pasta or steak with eggs. I change it up every night, depending on the mrs wants to lol

Pre bed (if I'm still hungry)
Can of tuna
Glass of milk
 
1 week and 6 days in

Feeling good. Energy levels are optimal. Dbol has kicked in pretty good to. I'm up 4 kg which obviously isn't muscle lol. Strength is defs going up. Did back and Biceps yesterday and the Lat Pump from pull downs was insane, like never before. I deadlifted 500lb for 3 reps and then set a new PR of 520lbs for a 1RM! Pretty insane seeing as I've only been able to do 500lb for a one rep max in comp and now I'm doing it for 3 reps and have a new PR, in just under two weeks! The arm pump was great to, actually at one point in my workout after doing curls I thought I split my bicep because every contraction was just insane. Feel focused and happy at the same time. Starting to get light sprinkles of acne on the back, shoulders and chest, nothing super bad though. Bumped the adex to 0.5mg EOD. As for muscke gains not a whole heap just yet, look alittle more fuller and my arms arm up 0.3 of an inch. Diets good and eating like a mad man.

Quick update: pinned this morning and woah....I did my injection in the left glute which is always tricky. Upon entering I got a little sting but nothing that felt like I had hit a nerve so I continued in. Aspirated and nothing came out, injected, pulled out, and my injection spot filled with blood lol. I looked in the barrel and there was a tiny red bubble among the left over solution. I got weezy breath for alittle but was fine. I must have knocked or gone right through a vein, but pretty sure I didn't injected directly into a blood stream (seeing as I'm still breathing :p) I looked In The mirror after and kinda realised I didn't asses the ares before injection because I pretty much injected right in the middle ahahahaha. Will definetly be more aware next time. I'm still alive, so cant complain!
 
Hitting vein will happen to all one time or another especially when ur doing Ed injections


Yeah I wasn't fussed about it. Breath was really weezy after though, I just assumed it was the benzoyle alcohol getting into my blood stream.
Trained Shoulders and Forearms today. Strength was through the rough as to be expected and was pushing the 45kg dumbbells on shoulder press for 10 reps. Another good week of training :)

first time i ever pinned my right glute i shot way to low and i had pins a needles for about 24hrs in my whole right leg. Everything us good now
 
2 weeks and 3 days in

Dbol is hitting me hard every day. Feel good and strong in the gym, absolutely killing it. Did arms today. Lost track of the time and ended up doing them for an hour and a half. Pump was unreal!
 
Quick update: weighed in this morning. I'm 227. Up about 22 pounds/10 kg. obviously water weight. Look slightly more bloated but I should be good.
 
Ur up 22 lbs in just over two weeks!!!!

Hope u have low sodium and really keep it tight don't want blood pressure issues and high estrogen with that water !

Have u gotten bloods pre cycle ? do u have access to get them mid cycle

I just always hate the thought of so much weight gain so fast !! Hell on the body

Even on dbol I can still keep my gains nice and lean

Never get water bloat with a good ai protocol and squeaky clean diet

That's just me though ! Know plenty that love that puffy watery look

I eat different meals every day but pretty they're the same. A normal day I'll consume five whole eggs, 2 cup of oats. At least 10-15 oz of chicken, 2-3 cups of rice, 3 cans of tuna, and then all the other shit like milk, protein bars and shakes,mfruit post work etc. I'm taking 0.5 of arimidex eod so the bloat isn't to bad. I have a cheat meal 1-2 times a week (always works for me, fast metabolism lol). I'm different all the time, I don't try stay super dry and lean all year around. My focus is putting on as much muscle mass as I can right now so tbh the dry look isn't me atm.

I already know what I want to run next cycle which will be 10-15 weeks after this cycle. 200mg of tren a (50mg eod) with 500 mg of test e.
 
3 weeks and 1 day in:

I have never felt so energised and strong ever. Got about one week left on Dbol. Will be curious to see how the body reacts when I drop it. If it wasn't so damn harsh on the liver I'd use it through the whole cycle! Just such a powerful androgen. Still look just as lean as I started, but look much fuller and rounder. I'm starting to fill out my cloths better now. This is just the start to. Haven't even gotten to the guts of this cycle yet. Will be seeing them gains like crazy around week 5ish I suspect. Test is starting build, seeing as my libido is strong. Everything going well. I'm happy :)

No bs! I'm straight up no bullsh*t! I believe most of it is water weight but I've been taking 0.5 mg of adex EOD and look just as lean as before I started. I believe some of it is legit tissue. Because a I look fuller and rounder. Won't let me post pics man. This is my first cycle to (keep that in mind) so the gains of everything including weight will be for more superior than your average, year round juiced up bro who's done a few cycles.
 
3 and a half weeks in:

Everthing is running smoothly...up another 5 pounds. Side effects so far:

-have noticed an increase in blood pressure
-light sprinkles of acne of the fsce, shoulders, back, chest but all epbery unnoticeable
 
4 weeks in. Looking thicker by the day. Test is kicking in seeing as I'm getting the wood every two seconds from nothing lol
 
4 weeks and 1 day:

Well...all I can say is wow. I have put on some incredible size so far. At 235lb. Getting hard to turn around and do my injections lol. Might have to start doing shoulders, quads will be last option. Side effects so far: light sprinkles of acne on the face, shoulders, arms and back. Nothing crazy and defs nothing worry about. Moods alittle icky, will wake up in a pissed off mood, then be happy, then sad, then happy again. Running 0.5 of adex EOD and don't want to have to kick that up unless needed (gyno, bloat) I'm not getting any other aromatising sides so I won't up the dosage and will just deal with mood swings. But everything is great right now. Dbol was dropped yesterday and very glad to tbh. Gained size and strength on it but I could feel my liver was not healthy and was always thirsty as fuck. Minimum 6 litres of water a day. My piss was like a stale orange colour to lol. Have been taking a liver protector and fish oil daily. Will update again soon
 
Week going good so far. Haven't dropped any weight yet so that's a good sign. Feel well and the test is kicking in seeing as I feel better over all.
 
Update: wanna hear strength? I shoulder pressed 80kg dumbbels last night for 6 reps....before I started this I was using 50-60kg dumbbells lol
 
Almost 6 weeks in. Everything running good. Have gained 2 pounds this week and haven't lost any weight from the dbol. Which is funny, as most people drop like 6-10 pounds after dropping it. Feel good in the gym. Libido is strong. Good over all sense of well being. I'm glad the weight gain isn't coming to fast tbh because I'd rather gain lean mass in stead of the extra watery bulk. I will be honest I'm combing clean and dirty bulking lol. But the extra calories are needed, and it's benefiting me. Haven't bloated pretty much at all and have gotten no side effects....oh alittle spots here and their. But nothing else. I've always had good skin so I guess genetics help. Never got a pimple during my teens. The arimidex is defs a positive as I believe I'd be way more bloated and be moody like a 16 year old girl. Using an ai definitely crucial on cycle now I realise how much it helps it's everything. I have letro on hand and I'm really tempted to use it as I know it makes you dry as fuck. But I probably won't as its over kill and can ruin my cycle.

Have decided not to blast and cruise..as I want to see how I recover from this cycle. What I keep/don't keep. If I have a good out come and recovery is good then I'll probably just continue cycling, but If I lose a lot of what gained I'll most likely jump straight on a cruise of test e 250mg a week. I know one cycle isn't going to be close to enough to achieve my goal of becoming a freak of nature.

Pct UPDATED: after realising my pct was garbage I've upgraded it to this.
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20/
Ostraine; 2 weeks after starting pct will use 10-15mg (low dose) to help retain more muscle. I'll run it for 4-5 weeks

Also my next cycle I've already planned, have a look and tell me what you think!:

Test Enanthate: 500mg a week for 12 weeks
Tren A: 50mg eod (200mg a week) weeks 1-10
Arimidex 0.5mg eod

I will have prami on hand, I know I should use caber but prami has better effects and I like the gh release it has.
 
Update: almost 9'weeks in. Gained about 30 pounds all over. Look thick as a mother fucker to. Stats as of now:
Weight: 245lb
Bf: 14%
Bench: 425lb
Deadlift: 600lb
Squat: 620lb

Arms: 19.4 inches (shooting for that 20inch)
Quads: 35inchs
Calves: 17 inches
Chest: 49.5 inchs
Waist: 35 inchs (small, I know)

Easily the biggest dude in my gym. Have gained incredible size and strength over the weeks. Got kicked out of a gym last week because I was "intimidating other members" with my weights and grunting lol. It's like a show when I walk in the gym. Everyone just stops and stares at me. It's the same were ever I go, was out for lunch with the girl the other day at a shopping Center and some ass walks past and says "talking enough steroids mate?" Lol I don't give a fuck. My body has responded extremely well to this first cycle and would recommend to anyone who's going down this path. Looking back 9 years ago to when I first started the gym were I was a scrawny 120-130 lb kid it makes me happy to look in the mirror today and see what I've created.
Work hard and kill that shit, wether you're 130lb and %20 body fat or a 300lb shredded freak, the hard work pays off.
