Hey boys I'm about to run my first cycle. 4 weeks of 40mg tbol 12 weeks of test cyp 500mg a week. Just wondering if a pct of nolvadex at 40 40 20 20 would be enough to bounce back fast. Any help and tips is greatly encouraged!

Yeah sorry I'm 24 192 with about 9%bf my diets pretty tight and I've been training for around 5 years

Not if you keep it low dose. 25mgs or less you should be fine. Anything more than that you tend to get sides that outweigj the benefits

Id start at the beginning with a low dose 0.5 mg e3d and see if thats effective. If you need to then go eod.

start day one like joe said... i would go eod to start... arimidex is not the strongest ai so i would really start at the average dosing... .5 mg eod

I used nolvadex for 4 weeks. I was pretty moody and tired for 2 weeks then started bouncing back. Natural test levels were on the high end of average for my age 8 weeks after last pin. It probably depends on each person. We all respond differently but I kept nearly all of my gains and had normal test/fsh/lh levels within 12 weeks of the last pin.

Yeah, my pct was junk, but it can work. Next time i'm doing a better pct. I might be able to avoid the tiredness/moodiness. Maybe even get back to normal faster.
 
Nahh not joy I couldn't shake the feeling that wat I put into my body was a terrible idea and it was gonna make me sick or something. I hate needles so i guess it's just gonna take sometime to get used to.

I was freaked out the first time too and thought i felt funny. It's all in your head. You get used to it. I still don't like doing it but I'm used to it.

One thing that helped me - use a low dose the first time you pin a new muscle. The first time will hurt like crazy and feel like a massive charlie horse for days if you shoot a big dose. Go low and get the muscle used to the juice before injecting a lot. I couldn't walk for a week the first time I shot 1ml/300mg into my glute.
 
So I think I'm starting to get sick. Could this be from my body not knowing wat the test injection was an it's trying to fight it. If so what do you guys suggest to get over it ASAP
 
Try to attack your symptoms with some simple otc meds.

Do not take any acetametaphine this will tax your liver.

Try taking some zyrtec, aspirin, and up your fluid intake.

That is the best advice I can give even though it is shitty. What ever you have you need to try to hit the symptoms and let your body do the rest. But help your body out and flush that shit out of your system.

No. Some people experience flu-like symptoms from primo ace but that's not you. It may be in your head or you may be getting sick.
 
So my third injection was yesterday and I chose the right glute. I did everything how it's suppose to be done but halfway trough the injection it started to hurt. Today it's soooo painful I'm walking around like an idiot. There's no signs of infection you guys have any idea why this one was worse than the rest

So, the next time it starts to hurt while you're injecting, STOP and regroup. NEVER push through pain when you are injecting.

It shouldn't hurt at all, in fact you really shouldn't feel a thing. You probably hit a nerve or possibly missed. Or you were shaking so much you started tearing up the muscle.

Are you aspirating (pulling back on the plunger to check for blood) before shooting? If you're shaky, it doesn't hurt to check a couple times throughout the injection.

Keep pressure and heat on it and it should be fine. If it swells up in a lump, feels hot to touch, or you start getting a fever, you may have an infection and should see a doctor immediately.

Sounds like you are in pain from the extra damage on the muscle when you repinned. I still don't get the best pins on my glutes. If I move too much, I'm a little extra sore. If you move a lot and repin, I would imagine it will hurt bad.

Hows it doin today? Sounds like you may have just tore up some muscle tissue.
 
It's way better i put heat on it all night and went in a hot tub think that helped a lot. I'm using 25 gauge 1 inch needles you think I may not be getting deep enough?
 
Another question is that all my bros are tellin me I'm gonna get test flu or something? I have a trip to Denver on the 26 im not gonna get sick for the football game am I?

Never heard of that, except sometimes people get a minor fever the first time.

1" works if you have low body fat. otherwise, get 1.5". I use a one inch needle but I have low BF.
 
My cycle seems to be goin good up 6 pounds already but for the past few days out of no where my face will get really red and hot then go away or my hands will get hot. I havnt been takin the adex is this a blood pressure issue or something different.

Do you get headaches?

Buy a bpm their like 20 at walgreens too cheap to f around.

Off hand I dont think its a bp thing but could be.

What was your bp before? Even though you're not crazy high, if you're bp was like 100/60 before, you will feel like your face is pressurized. You will feel a bp jump that big even if it's not going to kill you.

*long term, 145diastolic is not good. This is acute and when you go off cycle, you should see where your bp is. Should be back within non-hypertensive range.

**** Go buy some hawthorne extract pills. I used them and they helped keep my water off. Not 100 percent effective, but better than nothing. combined with adex should be pretty good.
 
Hey this is a stupid question I know but is it alright to do an injection right be going on an airplane?
