Looking for a cycle that will help me build muscle in my weaker arm. I have been on test/deca prescribed by doc for about 3 years now. Recently added dbol to good results. Now am on proviron/dbol which seems to be a good cycle for me.

A bit about me: I was in a car accident as a baby-18 months old, and I have limited use of my left side. My right arm is diesel. My left arm is acceptable. Or as my significant other says, my right arm is the hot one and the left arm is the one with the good personality.

All previous cycles sounds like your getting good guidance. deca is very good because it will stay in your body for a while. My recommendation is more in reference to your training. I'm sure you might have had physical therapy in the past to build muscle in the arm but just really focus on isolation movements. When you do power movements you'll tend to use your other arm to compensate. Do a lot of full range movements and squeeze the muscles. Your doctor would prescribe enanthate which is great to build strength and muscle. Good luck!

I guess I should have posted this. I work with a trainer. I box between 2-4 times per week. When I exercise my left side I do isolation exercises with very low weights very high reps. For example here is my last chest day:

Superset Left side only
Dumbbell chest fly
12.5, 10, 7.5 x30
Tricep extension
12.5, 10, 7.5 x30
Hammer curl
12.5, 10, 7.5 x30

Skull crushers
30/30

Chest press barbell
30/30 40/30

Isolated chest press L side only
45/20
40/20
35/20
25/25

Pec dec

Do your injections in your left arm only. Give that a shot hopefully that helps

to be honest you need a lot of work. just focus on learning how to lift.. I would fire your PT if that's the results you have after 3 years on steroids.

not sure what your deal is but you gotta learn how to train and eat before worrying about steroids.. and what kind of doc prescribes deca and test? assuming you aren't trolling if you ate and trained right you would of blown up in the past few years.
 
I am not looking for massive size I am looking for a bit if functionality. The thing you may not understand is I have what is called left hemiparesis from a car accident in 1978 when I was 18 months old. My left side will never be massive. I have nerve damage and my muscles are atrophied so the fact that I have this much muscle on my left side is astounding. After the accident I was in a coma and my family was told if I survived I wouldn't be much more than a vegetable. The most growth I've seen is in the past year when I have been focusing on low weight high reps. If I showed you how massive my right side is I do not think you would comment the same. Thanks for the input. I am actually happy with my body at this point and just looking for ways to improve what I've already started.

^^^ I feel you but we all have had issues. I've had 2 car accidents in the past 2 years. neither my fault.. shit happens you just gotta push through it

I've also had many health issues growing up
