I'm not new to the body building world, but I'm not an expert by any means. I'm 25 years old and have been training on and off since I was 18 but have really dedicated myself to it in the past 3. I am 5"11 205 with about 13% body fat, and on Monday I plan on starting a cycle of Winstrol by itself (oral drops). December I stopped my injections of test e and decca and have done nothing since and did not do a post cycle, and I absolutely loved the results. I've spent a lot of time reading these forums in addition to many other websites forums about Winstrol. I was working with a trainer who was a long time gear user 25+ years and he pretty much set me up with everything, and told me exactly what to do, other then that, i'm a newbie to anything else. My questions are the same as many others, do I need to stack it or is taking it solo fine? Will this following diet be ok for it, my ultimate goal is LEAN MASS to get to around 8% body fat, or should I go to a more bulking diet and let the winny cut me up? Should I step up the cardio? Do a different split? Do I need a PCT? Are there any other supplements I should be taking while I'm doing this 50 day cycle? I'm only wanting to do this one cycle, I'm not trying to do a 6month or yearly cycles to add 20 pounds of mass and continue doing cycles for a long time, I just want to do a quick cut cycle. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated, and any constructive criticism is welcomed, thank you so much.
Diet: 10:00am - half a carton of egg whites w/ glass of milk.
12:00pm - Piece of Chicken Breast (plain)
3:00pm - snack before I work out banana with a little peanut butter
5:00pm - 2 scoops of Evolution protein 34g per scoop with a piece of chicken breast or salmon and something green (broccoli, green beans, peas etc...)
8:00pm - Brown rice (small serving) and red or black beans.
11:00pm - Chobani Fat Free Greek Yogurt with 2 truevia sugar added because this stuff is God awful w/o it and a protein shake. If I'm still hungry I'll find some small portioned protein source so I'm not going to bed hungry.
12:00am - Bed
Resistance Program: Monday - Chest/Triceps 3 x 10-12 of 6 exercises. Right now all DB workout. 3x10 of 4 triceps exercises.
Tuesday - Back/Biceps Same frequency and volume as chest.
Wednesday - 30-40 minutes of cardio with wind sprints.
Thursday - Shoulders/Traps Same frequency as chest.
Friday - Same as wednesday.
Saturday - Rest
My Resistance days are are about 2 hours in length.
