Cycle help please!!

Hello Everyone,

I'm not new to the body building world, but I'm not an expert by any means. I'm 25 years old and have been training on and off since I was 18 but have really dedicated myself to it in the past 3. I am 5"11 205 with about 13% body fat, and on Monday I plan on starting a cycle of Winstrol by itself (oral drops). December I stopped my injections of test e and decca and have done nothing since and did not do a post cycle, and I absolutely loved the results. I've spent a lot of time reading these forums in addition to many other websites forums about Winstrol. I was working with a trainer who was a long time gear user 25+ years and he pretty much set me up with everything, and told me exactly what to do, other then that, i'm a newbie to anything else. My questions are the same as many others, do I need to stack it or is taking it solo fine? Will this following diet be ok for it, my ultimate goal is LEAN MASS to get to around 8% body fat, or should I go to a more bulking diet and let the winny cut me up? Should I step up the cardio? Do a different split? Do I need a PCT? Are there any other supplements I should be taking while I'm doing this 50 day cycle? I'm only wanting to do this one cycle, I'm not trying to do a 6month or yearly cycles to add 20 pounds of mass and continue doing cycles for a long time, I just want to do a quick cut cycle. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated, and any constructive criticism is welcomed, thank you so much.

Diet: 10:00am - half a carton of egg whites w/ glass of milk.
12:00pm - Piece of Chicken Breast (plain)
3:00pm - snack before I work out banana with a little peanut butter
5:00pm - 2 scoops of Evolution protein 34g per scoop with a piece of chicken breast or salmon and something green (broccoli, green beans, peas etc...)
8:00pm - Brown rice (small serving) and red or black beans.
11:00pm - Chobani Fat Free Greek Yogurt with 2 truevia sugar added because this stuff is God awful w/o it and a protein shake. If I'm still hungry I'll find some small portioned protein source so I'm not going to bed hungry.
12:00am - Bed

Resistance Program: Monday - Chest/Triceps 3 x 10-12 of 6 exercises. Right now all DB workout. 3x10 of 4 triceps exercises.
Tuesday - Back/Biceps Same frequency and volume as chest.
Wednesday - 30-40 minutes of cardio with wind sprints.
Thursday - Shoulders/Traps Same frequency as chest.
Friday - Same as wednesday.
Saturday - Rest
My Resistance days are are about 2 hours in length.
 
bro the fact that you even ask if you need a pct is fucking scary... i would love to help but the fact that you asked that means you are far from ready to be anywhere near an aas...

YES pct absolutely.

8% lot of work see things worong in diet to strain that.

Solo winny I see it as pointless kinda but yes, you can run it solo nothing wrong with that.

Imo you should do alot of research on winny before jumping into to this. And have you took a blood test?
 
Dude have a look around why haven't you done google search for WHATEVA cycle you want to run. like Dylan said you should know pct is needed!
 
Dude don't do it steroids are extremely dangerous these guys are playing Russian roulette with them selfs lol
 
Thank you for your reply's I appreciate it. The reason I asked if a PCT was necessary was because the gentleman who introduced me to gear said the PCT was all up to me in the sense that it was about how much I wanted to keep and how much I was willing to lose in regards to a post cycle, so I figured it was ok. I'm asking because I honestly don't know. I figured the winny would cut me up and as long as I kept eating (which apparently I need to do more of) I would keep the LBM i put on. Comeon dylangemelli help a brotha out, everyone needs some instruction at some point, which is why i'm asking here.
 
All I wanted was a little advice if you're going to play your little 12 year old games of social hierarchy go ahead, because i'm naive to every gear and PCT's doesn't mean you need to be a fucking asshole about it dylangemelli. Oh you don't even know about it, well you're not in the cool club, so i'm not telling you HAH. Grow up you fucking tool. A simple yes try xyz post cycle would've sufficed or even like thelastmrbigg responded was great.

Im glad you came here and asked before you started blindly buddy thats the first smart start. PCT is required and a must for probably 99% of cycles. I would suggest you browse around here with the search bar to attain information about cycles and dosages. Type stuff in like Test/Deca cycle if you want to know dosages and PCT styles. There are thousands of layouts on thousands of different dosage and combinations of AAS and 30 minutes on here will really help you out. If you cant find the information in the bar then post and we will be happy to answer. Welcome to the site and I hope this helps!
