I'm 28 male 185 5'8 I have been training 10+ years. Started I high school power lifting team/ football . I have had lazy spurts over the years but have been working out regularly over the last few years. I'm down to 15% body fat. Diet is pretty healthy have a few cheat days a month. Usually have anywhere to 150-200 grams protein a day from eggs/meats some shakes. So my questions are few parts. I'm wanting to do a cycle and have talked to a few friends that partake. I work offshore so my work schedule is usually two weeks on two weeks off. I'm was wondering of the two week cycles I have read about. I have two bottles of prop one bottle of tren ace, they have been sitting staring at me for almost two months. I don't want to just rush into a cycle ,waste anything or mess myself up. so I was curious if there might be any other way to do a longer cycle with different compounds that wouldn't require me to bring anything to work. Anyway to pin before I leave and as soon as I get back. Also have 30 20mg nolvadex. Any info or input would be appreciated. I have heard and read about the fitful ties with tren and probably going to stay away from that for a while. Workouts are pretty hard while home at work it's mostly body weights push-ups pull-ups dips dumbbell space is limited so I have to get creative.
