Cycle for bulk...

Hey guys,
I'm 6'1" 215 lbs. and 15% bodyfat. My ultimate goal is to get to around a legit 240 lbs. and 10% bodyfat. What do you think would be the best cycle for me?

Have you ever done AAS's and what were your cycles like?

If you are a newbie i would stick to 2 only compounds like test/deca or test/d-bol.

Have your PCT in advance before even starting a cycle.

I hate questions like this...there is no real "best" cycle for you...i dont know you, your eating habbits or genetics to tell you what would work for YOU...that being said there are numerous compounds that can add a great deal of mass if taking properly and if your training and diet is on point....have you done a cycle before?
 
Yes I have done a cycle before...Primo, Winny, and Clen with Nolva for PCT...First cycle was bad as suffered injury midway through, but I still managed to go from 202 lbs. to 215 lbs. and KEEP IT...It was a relatively light cycle (well, very light compared to most on this board) as I didn't want to over due it my first time out...I'm currently running Primo, Winny, and Clen with Nolva for PCT but with increased dosages for cycle #2.

My diet is good...I have a large frame and very small joints....My workouts are fantastic and I've never had a problem busting my ass to the point of insanity in the gym.

I have heard and read a lot about D-bol and Deca and both look to be good choices for me for cycle #3. At 22, is Test a good option for me?

I firmly beleive that test should be at the base of all cycles..well at least for me it is...since this would be your 3rd what are you looking to accomplish?

I'm currently smack dab in the middle of cycle #2. I'll have to wait and see where I am at the end of this one before I decide on what I want out of cycle #3. If I hit my physical goals, then I will concentrate primarily on strength in cycle #3.
 
Test and dbol cycle should add some size and weight on you.. If you want to keep the water weight down cycle nolva or proviron with it.. Make sure you do a good pct or you'll lose alot of your gains off of that cycle... Your bodyfat % has everything to do with your diet and training.

PCT is extremely important...As said last cycle I gained 13 lbs. and kept it all thanx to Nolvadex.
