I think my posts got misunderstood along the way. (As they often do). Hey, the guy is big and does big cycles and that's what he wants to do and it works for him. That's fine with me.
I will say though, I'm not sure if doing a lot of juice makes anyone more of a "real" bodybuilder than anyone else here. There's a guy at my gym who's about 70 years old, weighs 170 pounds and walks with a cane. Yet, he's there busting his ass every day and is strong as fuck. I'd say HE is a real bodybuilder -- maybe more so than someone who main goal is to get bigger with no regard to personal safety. But again, that's a personal choice.
My job is to protect the members of the board as best I can. And I don't need attitude when trying to do it, that's all.
As for the original point -- nobody really offered any advice because, AS I WAS SAYING, there's nothing to advise. ANYBODY can say do more of this or more of that. More always works. But at a certain point it's really moot. There's no science to it.
If Hex wanted any advice on pre contest prep or training or diet or water loss or fine tuning a cycle weeks before a show, I'd be glad to help. I think this is just a case of misunderstanding and getting off on the wrong foot.
I'm not sure what was learned, if anything, but I would like to start seeing a little more camaraderie and respect on the boards. And it does seem to be the guys with l the least posts who are mouthing off the most. Just keep it mind.
