Post up your diet, what are you doing with it?
No one day is the same.. usually for breakfast it's either oatmeal or (apple, strawberry, blueberry and other berries, protein powder, organic yoghurt and milk) put together in boost. And 1/2L of water.
Lunch: Oatmeal or boost, depends on which I had for breakfast. Eggs or high fiber bread.
Protein shake in between
Dinner: whatever is cooked, usually clean meat like chicken, lamb, beef and fish
And in between the 3 main meals I eat eggs, muesli with soured milk, protein shake, salad with cheese, carrots, fruits, high fiber bread.
Drink lots of water during the whole day.
