want to strengthen up all muscle bodies and decrease bodyfat.

I have currently:
sustanon 350
winstrol 50mg tabs
proviron tabs
exemestane
clomid

how best to cycle these properties over a 12 week period???

in addition.......looking for calorie balances for completion of dropping body weight while increasing strength if that is truly possible
 
the best way to lose body fat is through exercise and diet. steroids will not burn fat directly. they can help you recomp in a caloric deficit by preventing muscle wasting.. however in your situation you should not bother to recomp, you need to cut down a lot of body fat first.

also I want you exercising atleast 4X per week 1 hour per day. do this and you will shed body fat like you wouldn't believe

Steve gave you a lot of valuable info. As for the cycle, I would run something like
1-12 sust 500mg/week
7-12 winstrol 50mg/ed
1-12 proviron 50mg/ed
1-12 exemestane
14-22 perfect pct protocol
 
I just wanted to say that I admire and salute you nomorefatass because working out, cylcing etc. at 50 is my dream. I really hope I would do the same when I would be your age!
 
What is your cycle history? What is your bodyfat?
Before and recommendations, you should provide this info.
 
Steve is 100% right that diet is going to be the biggest factor on whether or not your achieve your goals. Carb cycling is going to be your best option. With carb cycling, you get the best of both worlds and the worst of neither. The high carb days are very anabolic and re-fill depleted glycogen levels. The low carb days are fat loss focused and increase muscle insulin sensitivity.

@jayscott has given you a good cycle plan - it is effective, and yet safe. However, you should not rely entirely on the cycle to lose fat, and you should rather focus on diet and cardio training. These two factors will be crucial, no matter the compounds you would be using for fat loss and recomping.
