This is the best advice you can get Murray. Firstly you display no knowledge on how to run a cycle or why certain AAS will cause you gyno. If you got gyno once and your fortunate to shink it down to nothing, of course it's gonna flare up again if you cycle the same compounds. Invest in some whole foods some creatine and some more whole foods. Creatine alone helped me gain some serious strength for being natural back when I was 19 and just still learning the ropes. I am only finally now at 26 realizing how much of a boy I was back then and am still filling out as I age into my later twenties. If I had known then what I know now I would have kept building naturally. After my first cycle, at 22, I took test at 350mgs a week for 10 weeks. With an Ai. I gained 15 lbs. when I came off... I lost 15 lbs. second cycle test at 500 Mgs / week 12 weeks with Winstrol again, gained 15-20 lbs. When I came off I lost 15-20 lbs( see where I'm going with this) third cycle was a natural 4500 calorie diet with pancakes peanut butter and lots of steak and chicken. I gained 10. Lbs. I kept 10 lbs.
Now at 26 I am STILL filling out. Ive been seriously lifting since 17 or 18.
