Cycle Advice

Hey Guys, long time lurker here.
Just wondering if I could grab some advice on my next cycle that I have planned for the end of this year.

This will be my third cycle that I have run, fourth if you include sarms. First two were just Test-e cycles and the third included some anavar, both gave great results and the strength gains that I wanted but I got a bit of bloat on the last cycle which I am hoping to stop on this cycle.

Stats.
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Weight: 88kg/194lb
BF: roughly 11/12%

Diet: I eat paleo since I can't process wheat, very strict at all times. I run close to zero carbs on non training days as this makes me feel quite good and on training days I will include post training carbs for recovery. At the moment eating around 3000cal for maintenance of BF.

Training History: 14 Years of gym based work, obviously I started young with a few years of plyometric and flexibility based. Then progressed into a lot of olympic lifting and function strength based work. With my current program running 4-5 days a week in the gym with a lot of power exercises and around 3-5 sessions of HIIT or cardio per week. On cycling I plan to run GVT for 6 weeks then transition into a 5/3/1 strength program, will be running HIIT sessions at least 3 times a week and maybe 2-3 long cardio based sessions for my specific sport(don't really want to identify it sorry)

Goals: main goals would be strength and power while adding 3-5kg lean mass and improve my athletic performance for next season.


Cycle plans: 12 weeks
1-12 Test-e 500mg monday am thursday noon (might drop this to 400 or 300mg)
1-4 tbol 40mg daily split am/pm
1-14 aromasin 12.5mg EOD (might change this to day after injections????)
1-14 proviron 25mg ED
6-12 anavar 60mg ED split am/pm
just a note here, would it be better to run var from 6-12 or 8-14?

I have already purchased all the PCT items that are here but might add a few more if anyone thinks that it is lacking a bit.

main questions are, is this cycle looking ok? I have been researching for this specific one for a while now and will be running blood work all the way through my cycle as I have my doctor on side for helping me.

Could I add a couple of weeks of SARMs pre cycle to cut more body fat before I start to reduce sides? I have some left over S-4 that I can use.

What else do I need to add to my PCT?

That's a great set up. I really like it and wouldn't really change much. Make sure you blast some hcg before pct and if you want to keep your libido going/balls plump, use some hcgen on cycle. Aromasin 12.5 eod is fine and var is a much better finisher so I'd keep it the way you have it rather than moving it to the beginning of the cycle.

As for the sarms, you can definitely run s4 on cycle. Lgd would work great on cycle too. My favorite way too utilize sarms is to use ostarine and GW in pct then after week 4, throw in s4 for a triple stack bridge between cycles. Either way, you'll have a great cycle. Lastly I'd sub the aromasin in pct with forma stanzol.
 
Your cycle looks very good, but honestly I would run the HCGenerate on cycle to help reduce/prevent shutdown, as that's where it works best and shines, and use Test Stack 17 as your booster in PCT. It's well suited for post cycle recovery to get you back to normal quicker and keeps libido sky high. What is the general concensus on increasing cal intake? I don't really want to add any fat during this cycle so was thinking of staying around maintenance cals or add like 500cals on training days only?

another question too, what is the general thoughts on max time you can spend in the gym while on cycle? I don't have a job or study to do over xmas while I am cycling so I wouldn't mind pushing the training a lot while I have all the goods in my system.

The answers to these questions are really on a person to person basis but generally what I'll do on a recomp cycle is eat 500 clean cals or so over maintenance. These cals are normally from extra protein sources

I do slightly increase my volume during training sessions and my frequency in the gym during a cycle but I don't overdo it. You can still overtrain. Also, with strength increases and PR's coming all the time on cycle, it's easier to injure yourself so even if I know I can lift heavier, I won't. I try to gradually increase weights over several training sessions. An injury could put a damper In the entire cycle

What I normally do is have a surplus of 500-1000 on workout days, and stay at maintenance or even slightly under on off days. Keep your fat intake low and push carbs higher with high protein of course, and even throw in a little cardio on off days. that works great for recomposition on cycle

Have you ever run GVT during a cycle? I used to run it once a year before I started cycling but it used to completely ruin me and I would need two weeks of just going through the motions to get back into it, but the results were worth it. Was hoping it would be a perfect combo for while cycling. my only worry is doing that 4 days a week could be close to too much.

edit: extra question: since I am not too worried about gaining a heap of size, could a see a benefit from cutting the test dose down a little bit to reduce sides???

hey bro... just some things that you need to fix here... your numbers are off a bit.. you should run tbol the first 6 weeks bro and i would highly recommend going at 60 mg a day... change your n2guard to coincide with it...

run hcgenerate ES weeks 5-12 and then blast hcg week 13-14 at 1000 ius week...

your numbers on anavar are off... you want to run it right up until pct... star it week 9-14... 60 mg day...

pct starts week 15... your pct looks good except i HIGHLY recommend running ostarine at 25 mg a day in pct...

you should DEFINITELY run gw-501516 on cycle at 20 mg a day for 12 weeks... you will maximize your cycle by adding it...

these are the changes you should make to optimize your cycle...

another couple of questions though :)

would running 4 weeks of S-4 before my cycle hurt at all? say 2 weeks prior until 2 weeks in?? just want to drop 1-2% BF before I start. I have a bottle left so was thinking I might as well use it up.

Can I run the GW right up until my PCT ends? I have run it before and love the stuff! completely forgot about it for this cycle.

and lastly, How many days a week can I hit some core work?? I have never really pushed this but I was thinking of just doing 15-20mins on the core after each session in the gym?

of course you can run s4 before... if your going to do that, then run it 8 weeks right through the start of your cycle... don't just run it because you have some left over... run it right...

yes, you can run gw right up until pct...

hit your core 4 days a week...
