BF ~ 7-9% (havent been tested in a while)
Training is in check, and diet def. is in check.
I have been active in fitness training for a long time. I am looking for good lean quality gains with minimal water retention, because I cannot afford to have any more fat to remain competetive.
Proposed cycle
400 mgs EQ / week 1-12
30 mgs Anavar / week 1-6
50 mgs proviron ed 1-12
(was considering running the anavar just 1-4 and again 10-12, is that wise or useless?)
PCT 12-13 clomid 100mgs ed
13-15 clomid 50mgs ed
I have clomid for PCT and nolva if my nips start to get puffy, but I doubt that will happen on these mildly aromitizing compounds.
I have seen arguments about HCG but I don't see any consensus on lighter cycles like this one.
Also, for my liver I have read tylers helps, where do I find it as well as proviron?
