Ok, I have finished bulking up and now I need to know how to cut, what I should eat while cutting, how much cardio and such. Ive been told by other guys at the gym that doing cardio burns muscle, well thats really the last thing I want but I know this can not be totally true. Also how long do you usually cut before going back to bulking. Im a noob to this so any help is appreciated.
