cutting

i'd like to start cutting for the summer, what are the main elements that i need to do in order for it to work out well?
I'd like of course to maintain all, or as much muscle as possible!! im 188 right now, at about 11%BF, i'd also like my strength to remain as high as possible.
 
High protein, maybe 250-275grams per day, good fats in the diet, and low carbs coming from low GI foods and cut carbs at night, except for the post workout shake. Throw in some good supp's and some cardio and youre good to go
