cutting, WTF to eat?

Hi,
I have heard a million times to eat 5-6 meals a day while cutting. High protein, low carbs.
But wtf do you eat? you cant eat chicken, fish eggs everyday.
Can someone list the foods that are good. As many as you can that fall in the category of high pro, low carbs.

Why not?

Do you mean that you get bored with these foods? Or that you can't afford them?

Sure - dieting down can get boring - but it's only for a few months....hang in there....you can do it!! Just think about how sexy and lean your body will look.....

I eat fish,chicken,oatmeal every day

Same here. If you're not prepared to eat a lot of protein in the form of mostly lean meats (chicken, fish, lean red meat) on a DAILY basis, then you're going to have a difficult time losing weight. A relatively bland diet is a sacrifice you make to be healthy and look good. There is no way around that.
 
albacore tuna packs. Carry them every where I go. Better than those fricken cans. Put them in my pocket tear one open at work and chow. It so easy to do. Since I've used them put on 15lbs of weight.

Yup, I eat them almost everyday too. Sometimes lean beef, I also eat lots of dairy, but that's not best for cutting.

It depends what your goals are & what your current bf is. If you are new to eating 'clean', I wouldn't reccomend going to a very low carb diet immediately.. unless you're getting ready for competition or something.

Try using www.fitday.com to keep track of what you're eating & know how much protein, carbs & fats you're getting.

& it's not so boring if you keep eating your chicken in different ways... I do tuna, salmon & chicken in TONS of ways! It doesn't have to be 'bland' to be 'clean' & hi protein.
 
i eat eggs, tuna, steak, oatmeal, rice, protein shakes, vegetables every day..8 exact same meals every day..when i cut i just add some proein and remove some carbs..easy

The best cutting is.... Just eat smaller portions! Keep your carbs high to maintain muscle mass. And dont eat junk food.

Without carbs you burn MUSCLE instead of fat. And that is bad since you have to burn 6 pounds of muscle to equal 1 pound of fat!
