Hi,
I have heard a million times to eat 5-6 meals a day while cutting. High protein, low carbs.
But wtf do you eat? you cant eat chicken, fish eggs everyday.
Can someone list the foods that are good. As many as you can that fall in the category of high pro, low carbs.
