Depending on how carb-sensitive you are, you will need something like:
45 %Prot (quality, animal-source)
25 %Carb (mostly complex)
20 %Fat (the good ones)
You will also, second in importance after the diet, is to make sure you LIFT HEAVY!!! in the range of 10 reps till failure. Only way to hang to that LBM.
Calorie-wise, try 20 ~ 25% below TDEE, never go below BMR and NEVER go below 1800 cals per day
