Cutting up Diet

Bro's please help me out. I am on winny, I just started two days ago, taking 50 mg every other day. I am not on anything else, I was just looking for some good ideas for my diet. It may seem dumb, but diet is always the hardest thing for me. Besides chicken, tuna, egg whites, what else are good while cutting? Please help me out. Later.

We need to know a few key elements to better help you... ie - weight, hiehgt, bodyfat (if you know it), etc...

Diet is really trial and error bud. Generally one would want to be on a lower cal diet consisting of high protein low carbs and low to moderate fat when dieting. Everyones body is diffrent so what works for someone may not work for others. When I diet I follow a 60% Pro 20% fat and 20% carbs when being very strict because that is what works best for my body. I eat only complex carbs(oatmeal, brown rice, yams) in the morn and some simple carbs (dextrose) post workout and thats it. Fats I get from Nuts and Flax oil and my protein sources are chicken, egg whites, shakes, lean cuts of beef, turkey and maybe some cottage cheese although I prefer to stay away from dairy when dieting, as it tends to make me smooth. Tuna and other types are fish are very good as well. Find out what works best for you and stick with it..Good luck
BTW...Will, it's great to see ya buddy, been a while....Hit me up in e-mail sometime :fro:

start login it your food, figure out your maintance caloric intake, EXPERIMENT with different foods see how your body reacts, there is no One-diet-fits all

some do well on ketogenic diet, some on low fat. you have to figre out what works for you, but no diet will work untill you create an energy deficiency, and focus your eating on clean foods

Make sure that you know the difference between carbs and proteins, I know that sounds elementary, but you would be surprised.

I would systematically begin lowering carbs and increasing proteins. Also make sure to try and eat or drink some protein every three hours, this will increase your metabolism. Smaller meals more frequently are much better for a diet than the normal three meals per day.

you have to experiment because everybodys body is diffrent. I personally can eat 30-40% carbs and still stay lean, but others have to be on a ketogenic diet, experiment and find out what works for you
