Cutting on var

hi everyone now i'm cutting for 5 weeks and lose 10lbs

i'm using var 60mg ED for about 2 weeks and i can't lose weight and gain about 1lbs

i wondering if that normal and what should i do

should i still on cycle or stop

thank you.

Use the mirror not the scale... Take a picture every week or 2 and compare to track progress

Keep going with the var... When I ran it last time, I gained about 6 pounds but was way leaner than when I had started it. Unless your anavar is just dbol, your good to go

Make sure you are in a caloric deficit (you may have to adjust after loosing those 10 pounds), training hard and heavy, doing your cardio, as well as hitting your protein intake daily.

No need to stop your cycle, just keep grindin away in the gym and the kitchen....the results will come

yep.. the mirror is the most important thing unless you just want to sloppy bulk.

some skinny dudes just want the scale to move to impress their friends, that's nice but eventually you have to do this the smart way. looking like a dead blowed up fish makes no sense

Remember that the number that is displayed on the scale is just a number. It doesn't tell the whole story. You could be gaining muscle and loosing fat at the same time. Therefore the net scale weight difference would be zero.

I ask all my clients to send me their weights, photos, and body part measurements once a week because the weight on the scale can often be misleading.

Var couldve filled up your muscles, so its possible. But I would also say - trust the mirror, not the scales

i'm not bulking i'm cutting

It is also worth it to note that var is often faked. Are you experiencing any bloating or water retention?

No i didn't notice any water retention

is it possible with a calorie deficit

losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time

100%! You do not need to be in a calorie surplus to build muscle. That is total bro science and a very old way of thinking.

It is very easy for your body to use store adipose tissue (fat) for it's energy source and use the food you eat to build and grow muscle tissue.

It will take very smart diet and training programming but it certainly can be done and I have seen it happen time and time again. Especially when PEDs are involved.

That is why so many bodybuilders 'grow into the show'
