ok..so lets try this again..before i made a previous thread in which everybody took everything the wrong way, and even i myself, was a little upfront about what was right for me and what wasnt..either way i have switched up my cycle to the likings of mr bluetwistedsteel lol.. note, this is not a log for criticizim..its exactly what it is..a LOG!!! i dont mind criticizim, but negative words are not wanted..it does nothin for me and does not motivate me what so ever.. so please keep your negative shit for somebody else..this is for my own educational purposes and also to compare with others results.

I started this cutting cycle about 12 days ago..and im starting to feel like a pin cushion..test prop is not a very user friendly injection after a while lol..im guessing ill get somewhat use to it.
as far as dieting i will be posting up what i ate for the day and so on..
normally its as follows
Morning:
1 Red bull energy drink(im addicted to caffeine so leave me alone!)
Cereal and/or Tuna
[On days where nothing good is available to me i either dont eat until lunch(yes i know its bad), but i try to always atleast get SOMETHING in my stomache thats got some good carbs w/ low fats and sugars( my school has these protein chip things that are nasty but very nutritional ).
Lunch:
Some area of chicken
Small salad
1 Serving Pasta(whatever the school has)
--OR--
1 big salad with cheese, fat free italian dressing and maybe some turkey/ham
Snack:
Usually fruits and veggies like bannanas strawberrys or pineapple and some good old broccli corn or green beans
Dinner:
Always before 8pm
almost always tuna and/or lean chicken breast w/ the occasional side of potatoes
things im trying to work on is drinking more water, cuz i only consume about 3 bottles a day..and mostly drink iced tea..im sorry i FUCKIN LOVE TEA!!
My workouts are really intense ever since i started the tren..i almost feel like im not me anymore when my adrenaline gets rushin. i just get these crazy ass bursts of energy like i could punch holes through concrete
..i dont dream often either, but when i do now they are VERY visual and feel very real...they almost ruin my entire day because theyre pretty exterme nightmares..so far only 2 bad dreams tho so lets keep it that way. Sleep..hell whats sleep anyways..i love to sleep but at night its almost out of the question to sleep unless i cant move my body from the daily workout..or a crazy night of sex
. and last but not least..cardio..my cardio doesnt seem to be affected to bad right now..but i am noticing that even during light workouts i sweat like a monster.
Heres an example of a workout routine of mine..i never EVER do the same exact workouts, nor do i ever use the same weight..i hit a peak a couple years ago and ive found by switching it up like this that i was advancing with little to no problems. I also sometimes workout in the morning, then do another workout at night with completley different muscles, or atleast i try to.

Also ever since i started i have been coughing VERY hard in the mornings.. which ultimatley 7/10 times i puke..and if i dont get enough sleep, my body is extermely fatigued for the day..
also note that i have fairly bad tendonitus is my right forearm, and in the left, but the left is no where near what the right is.
Will be posting pics when i feel confident enuf to post. ive already lost weight over these past 2-3 weeks. i was at 175lbs and now im around 168lbs
