Cutting Fat while training for size and football

Hey Fellas I'm in early 20's and trying to lower my bf % in prep for season. Im at about 20% bf

Heres my typical schedule

-wake up 3 whole eggs , 1 egg white made scrambled and black beans with little to no salt

-2 cans of tuna on wheat bread

-10 oz of chicken breast frozen or fresh. Brown rice, or small red potatoes, broccoli and spinach

-Dinner 8oz of chicken or steak, usually chicken with light cheese and more spinach and broccoli.

Sometimes I use sauce for flavor. Any advice on how to improve this is welcomed thanks.
 
Id reduce potatoes, rice and bread and replace with more green veggies. Whats ur calories? Whats ur macros?
