Hey Fellas I'm in early 20's and trying to lower my bf % in prep for season. Im at about 20% bf
Heres my typical schedule
-wake up 3 whole eggs , 1 egg white made scrambled and black beans with little to no salt
-2 cans of tuna on wheat bread
-10 oz of chicken breast frozen or fresh. Brown rice, or small red potatoes, broccoli and spinach
-Dinner 8oz of chicken or steak, usually chicken with light cheese and more spinach and broccoli.
Sometimes I use sauce for flavor. Any advice on how to improve this is welcomed thanks.
