Cutting down from 272...progress inside...

Hey bros,

Just sharing with you my progress in cutting phase i started 12 days ago....12 days ago i was 272 ( had been bulking for over 5 months) my stats Was 272 alot of bf 19 yrs old 6' tall...i had my pics on thi sbaord from last cutting cycle wheni was alot lot smaller and soem of you may remember them.... will psot pics soon of progress in cutting....i think ive made good progres sinc elast year hopefullyy around 20 lbs of muscle... since starting diet at 272 been doing 40 minutes cardio moderate pace 140 hrt. each day...eating mod fat low carb diet with low cals on Nyc and t3 for 12 days lost 14 lbs so far now at aroudn 160 ...stoped deca now shodul loose a few watter lbs within th eweek and i wil up my liquidex to 1mg a day ...... curently taking 1.25g test cyp.(will be going down to 900) 100 mg tren ed (will be going =down to 75) and 400 deca a week (will be switching to 500 eq/wk) thsi week. aslo will b eswitching 2 weeks on clen and 2 weeks on eca....will eb cutting for 14 more weeks and i hoep to be around 235 230 shredded lowest i want to be shredde dis 220 -225. Will be updating this post and my pics for youi peeps to critique and tell me how i am doing and compare tweek bny week and to last year.
 
Im a tall guy bro 272 lbs..6' i will by the way be going down on deses onc ei get cut jsut to maintain and onc ein awhile bump up a few quality lbs..i will jsut b eon test for th rest of my life enough to maintain....after this cutting phas ei hoep to be at whre i want to be at - maybe 10-15 lbs of msucle.
 
well bro 12 days ago my bf was real high sagy tits , coudlt see any muscle , within 12 days my weist is down to 35" and im starting to look alot more defined even though im stil 260, in th mornings i can sometimes see my top 2 abs lightly and my gut is almost gone...i plan to go down to 7-8%
 
I will be at 6 pack striations in 12 weeks god giving. This is my secodn tiem cutting and i have laerne dmy body last tiem and th e mistakes. SO now it is easy for me. (knock on wood)

Actually fat chops, ihehe ive been bulking for sucka long tiem and i coudln tstand eating anymore at those high volumes i wanted to puke and coudlnt take it anymore eating, i wanted to and got nausious when i even though t about eating but had too stuff it in, it was a chore, now i love dieting don thave to do too much ..only sucky part is being real tired sometimes be4 the gym but epehdrine is a life saver there and clen etc. So im enjoying dieting now and actualyy seing my msucles again as comapred to being a doughboy.
