Cutting Cycle Critique

Would appreciate a few eyeballs on my plan, I've cut down before just not this one precisely and I'm sure I'm missing something.

I've been spending the last 3 years adding, leaning out, and adding again. Went from 28% bf @ 306 to 8% @ 212, then added 35# and I'm up to 12% now @ 248#.

It's time for a hard core cutting cycle. I've been on and off Fina for the last 2 years to build density, stacked with various other AS for those three cycles (Test, Deca, Dbol). The plan is to go from 12% to 8% or so, and be within a 5 week hit of dropping to 5% for events and shows. Physical weight goal will be somewhere near 230# @ 7%.

Initial Stats
6'2", 247#, 33" waist, 12% BF
Goal, keep or even increase lean mass and cut down to 30/31" at the waist (total drop of 4-5% bf (16# or so). to go down to 5% would be a drop of 26#.

Cycle:
Test Prop 100mg E3D Weeks 1-3
Fina 80mg ED Weeks 1-7
Winny 50mg ED Weeks 2-7 w/50mg extra every 4th day
(keeps blood levels at 100-160ui instead of 50-100)
Nolvadex (Liqua-Fen) 30mg ED Weeks 2-5
Liqudex (Arimidex) .5mg EOD Weeks 2-6
T3 Weeks 2-8 cycled from 10mcg up to 50mcg and back

Diet:
BMR 3010,
Activities (daily training 2x400 cal ++) 800+ Cardio 600 cal
Total Requirements: 4400 calories or more

400g Pro, 50g fats, 100g Carbs = 2450 calories initially planned
7 Meals as follows:
Meal 1 - 4am Whey and/or Egg white with oatmeal
Train 5am
Meal 2 7am Brkfst Biggest solid meal today
Meal 3 930am MRP
meal 4 12 Lunch medium size meal
meal 5 230pm MRP
Train2 3pm - Cardio
Meal 6 5 Dinner Salad and fish with MCT's
Meal 7 7pm MRP

Higher Carbs post workout (80g), virtually none after lunch

Training:
Focused on Double Variable Split Training (i.e. 2 sessions a day for 30 days at a hit, then repeat the cycle based on Fred Hatfield's recovery program (ABC)).

Cardio:
Daily for 45 minutes on the Eliptical, Guantlet (Stair treadmill)
 
I like the AAS you picked. I would run the whole cycle for 8 weeks though. Start the winny with the tren and run the test prop EOD. I have never used T3 so I have no comment there. I am using test prop now EOD and don't need and anti-E. It's good to have them, but I do not see a need for them in this cycle.

That's a good idea on the Winny, the only reason I'm short cycling is the added 50mg every 3rd day or so to boost blood levels. I'm already down 3# since I started 8 days ago, and havent really kept my diet in check (I was still hitting an avg. of 3100 calories until Friday).

I'll also take a look at lengthening Prop as I know if I keep my diet clean, I can lean out better and thicker on that.

the cycle looks fine, the diet you will have play around with a bit

a bit too many calories, although a good way to start things off, as you progress you will have to make adjustments, mostly by lowering your carb and maybe some fat intake, most find that in order to peak calories EVENTUALLY have to be droped down to about 10cals/lb of lean body weight, but there are exceptions.......GENETIC GIFT OF LOW BODY FAT

you dont want to just jump into an all out low cal diet, all you will do is shock your body and bring on the UNECESSARY pain, just dump 500cal from your current diet by reducing carbs and/or fats, track your progress, once you are no longer loosing fat, reduce your caloric intake further...........the key is gradual decrease in calories. The 2100 cals/day should be your low point, at the end of your diet.......you might not even have to go that low
 
Wow, 2100 is low. I'm 8 weeks into a slow cutting cycle and am just now down to 3000 cals, started at 4k-. Was 235, now down to 209 at 6-7%. Plan on dropping down to about 196-198 for a photo shoot in 3 1/2 weeks. I would starve on 2100. I did go as low as 2200 on a diet before and lost lbm. I
do like the fact that you aren't using 150 mcg of t3. 50 is enough. Overall your stack looks good. The liquidex is probably a waste though, as neither tren nor stano have a site for the aromatase enzeme. The nolvadex is probably a good idea though. There is some evidence that tren may have some estragenic qualities, though this is subject to much debate. Anywhy, I find that I don't get puffy nips on tren when using nolvadex.

What about the Prop that's in the cycle at the beginning? (my chart shows I should at least cover for that for about 10 days after the last administration).

Ok, I've done cycle carb diets (Negrita Jayde - Sliced)....and what I'll shoot for is low carb for 2-3 days, when the scale budges add 500 calories for one day, then back to low carb......that should do it.

And yes, I am starving for some of my personal cheat foods more than anything (I've really gotten sick of the taste of Pizza about a month ago, so that's not even on the list of watch out for foods.....now it's sweets (a Maple glazed Old fashioned donut puts me in delirium :p ).

Other than that, I'm finding I'm more dehydrated than not....and I'm still drinking almost 2 gallons of water a day.

On another note (suggestions welcome), I had my light workout this morning (this is a recovery week) and tried to do cardio, I was way too exhausted to make more than 10 minutes......

Ideas? (I've dropped my Ephedrine in Clenbutrx for my T3 boost and Hot-Rox (it's working I'm noticing))....so anything that might give me that 1-2 hour boost would be welcome.

BBB, that isn't alot of prop, the nolva should be enough to handle it, however if you want to make certain you are not going to slow down the loss of fat on your hips and chest (from some of the prop aromatizing) you can always throw it in, however once the prop clears your system it shouldn't be an issue.
 
Well, I know how you will feel soon... now 208 and feeling like shit... but I'm in the middle of my saturday carb up, so that helps. My strength is still good (during yesterday's workout at least), but can't seem to get a pump now, even doing supersets.
