Cutting Carbs - Nausea?

Hi All

I've been trying for some time to reduce my bodyfat, and lose a bit of weight, and have had real difficulties along the way in finding something that works for me. I have about 14lb to lose in weight ideally, but my main concern is my bodyfat as I'm too soft to put it mildly! I'm currently trying to keep my carb level right down (less than 20g per day) as this is an approach that seems to work for me.

In an average day I'm getting about 1250 calories, made up mainly from chicken, fish, green vegetables, salad, greek yoghurt, nuts and protein shakes.

I'm not getting headaches or feeling tired like many people attribute to low carb diets, but over the last three days I have been feeling quite nauseous and have been vomiting now and again. Other than being sick, I feel completely fine and am maintaining a good standard of exercising alongside the diet. Could the nausea be attributed to the way I'm eating, or is this more likely to be something else?

I've tried many different ways of losing weight and reducing my bodyfat, and dropping carbs right down seems to be the only method that has the desired effect for me. I'm reluctant to switch diets as this does seem to work for me in many ways, but obviously I don't want to make myself ill / risk my health.

Any thoughts / experience of this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

C

Up the carbs a bit more and use a product like need2slin. Just the simple fact that you feel like crap and all the sides from not having carbs should Q people into the fact that its in no way healthy for you at all.

Also getting it a bit more healthy fats can help too though. Nuts and shit

try adding an additional 10g carbs after training. also do a carb day once a weak say 150-250g carbs.
