cutting and AAS

If I were to ask what is the best AAS to take during a calorie-deficient diet (provided of course that the diet itself is dialed 100%) I'm looking for something to perhaps gain LBM while in calorie deficiency or at least keep what LBM I have now during the cut.

I want to hear your opinons and/or experiences!
 
prop and tren A or test/tren/eq

Tren is the only AAS that I have seen add LBM while losing fat. You don't even need to restrict calories.

Agreed.... tren is excellent for caloric-defficient diet
 
it has been thrown around that AAS isn't really needed to help prevent muscle loss, depending of BF%. ALTHOUGH, Jetty looks phenomenal after his run. If I were you I'd talk to him on what he did cuz the man got it done. Great Job again Jetty.

I haven't run EOD but I definately like ED regarless of pokes.

if it's tren ace, I personally run it 6 weeks....as do many others.... some run it up to 8 weeks....
 
Trenbolone between 50-100mg/d for as long as you want while cutting. If you are scared to take it past 6-8 weeks, or if you cannot handle it for long periods of time, then add it in at the end. Tren is the best AAS for preventing muscle-loss, at the end of dieting, and when in low body fat levels. Tren will make you look like a freakin statured god.

Personally, I take it the entire time that I diet. So if it is during summer, i'll stay on it until I reach my BF goal, and then some to cruise around for the rest of the summer.

I usually take it with Test prop, winny, and sometimes Eq.

start at 50mg ED at test waters. adjust accordingly. pay attention to side effects as they will increase with dosage. you probably know that already though.


Some helpful tips on Tren.


1. ED is better than EO, Night and Day. Others will vouch.

2. Sleep is needed to grow. Stay natural with sleep aids. 3mg Melatonin from your Health food store. Valerian Root also helps wind down the day when you take it about an hour, hour and a half before bed. Melatonin 20min and your fine.

3. Sweating is a bitch when you sleep. Nobody wants to wake up in a wet nap you can call your pillow. I sleep with the window open and my bed right next to the window. It also helps when it's snowing outside your window too. 52_21_30's suggestion of cutting carbs out early in the day like around 4 - 5pm works wonders in slowing down your bodies thermogenesis. Add both suggestions together and you should be sleeping alot drier.

4. Aggressiveness. Well i'm from Jersey so Road Rage, Offensive Driving aka 'how to out run the police' is taught in driving schoo. So my tip is to get a friend to drive you around or make sure you have an Enya CD playing. You definately don't wanna be listening to 'Let the body's hit the floor' when the school bus stops short to drop off a kid from school and you spill you hot coffee on your lap. Save the behavior for the weights.

5. Shortness of breath sucks. I've had asthma my entire life so i'm not one to wanna induce more shortness of breath. If you guys can see if you doctor can prescribe Albuterol as an inhaler that you can use for shortness of breath. Don't try and use the inhaler for it's 'weight loss' qualities. Use a research company if you need the help.

6. People suggest keeping Test above the Tren. I haven't noticed any changes. I still gotta pull my pecker twice a day with even levels of both. Call me gifted or horny. If you guys dont have that problem i dont see why you can run them at the same levels. But to each his own.

So is the AI and PCT on Tren A the same as any other cycle?

I usually run AIFM and Clomid. Are these needed with TrenA?
 
Well, Tren doesn't aromatize, but it still can cause gyno since it's a progestin.... most AI's won't help for that though some speculate Aromasin can help.... if you're running tren, then you're likely running test, so yes, you should run AIFM throughtout your cycle and PCT.... Clomid as well for PCT and HCG, since your "boys" will most likely have shrunken.

So if I'm just running the Tren A for 6-8 weeks during my cutting diet I won't need an AI, just a planned out PCT?
 
Like deca, don't run tren by itself.... it will likely shut you down hard and you'll need the test to round you out.... throw in the AI and then run a good PCT

Hey bud, I assume you're speaking from experience, but EQ at that relatively low dosage + low-calorie diet doesn't seem likely to yield gains of 10-15 lbs? I've never done EQ, considered it, but never have because of the "subtle" gains it's proported to give. 10-15lbs doesn't seem "subtle" to me?

Well, the general rule of thumb is to run a little more test than either tren or deca... you mentioned 75mg ED of tren, which I think is a bit high for a 1st-time user...50mg ED is a nice starting point.... I personally would run 400-500mg test per week with that tren dosage.

Your right, I've heard that 50mg ED is good for first timers, so I plan to run that ED for 6-7 weeks. Regarding the test prop could I get away with taking 200 mg 2x week?
 
yup, try that and see how your body reacts... if you need to boost up the test, you can always do that as you go
 
Ive done 3 cycles with tren and always did 50 mg ed, this run i wanted to try eod to see if i could notice a difference and I didnt. So my next run I will continue to do 100 mg eod.
