Cuting Cycle and Protein Intake ..Increase or Decrease?

Hi Guys ..At the moment i'm running a cutting cycle of Tren ace and Test Prop eod for 10 weeks with added winny and anavar at the end close to the show tren 75 mg and prop 100 ,winny 50 mg/ed and anavar 40/ed around 3 weeks prior to show nolva ed during test injec's till week before and cutting it out till after show pct....My question is thus.....

Protien during cycle in a bulk phase i do know to up it to gain more size ..but when on a cutting cycle with these compounds is it still necessary to up protien amount as the body will be hungry for protien because of increased strength and drive from the cycle ? Some of the searches i have found state that all protien "even overkill" will be used as energy if not used by the muscles for feeding. Others say that too much protein will lead to the excess protein being stored as "fat". So the delima is there for me and want to correctly feed my muscles pre-contest.
 
I would say to keep eating at least a gram of protein for every lb. you weigh. Check the diet forum, you'll be able to get more solid advice there. Good luck bro.
 
But thats just staying in the norm range of protien intake. Isnt it safe to say that while "ON" you need more protein as the muscles are in high gear with strength and growth increase?

how far out are you from the show?

Basically, you are correct, protein can be converted to glucose in the body at a 50-54% ratio. This usually happens with whey protein, when you take in too much.

In general, 1 - 1.5g/lb. of bodyweight is enough, but it's variable with your diet. Are you doing high protein/moderate carb or bodyopus style diet?
 
High Protein and mod carbs...Good fats ....Very strict. Very drained . I try to keep my carb intake to the meal before the gym and a good protein and very minimul carb and fat intake after gym...which is after 8 pm when i return home.

Try to take in solid proteins, like meats, eggs, etc... stay away from too much whey and you'll do well. I suggest you do your protein shakes with at least 60% egg-white protein.
 
The grocery store had to order in a few boxes extra of simply egg whites just forme ..I usually go through 20 egg whites a day ..breakfast and evening meal. around 6 chicken breasts and rice. a few lean cuts of steak some days. Me andbroccoli or asparagus dont get along...lol so i've been relying on peppers and onions and salsa for my veggies and to add taste to my rice. around 5 litres of water a day .. oatmeal is gettng to me ..but surviving. So its pretty strict and have not been tempted to cheat at all. Damn guys at gym tempt me all the time to see if i will break !! on the E/C stack as well..so that really helps with the appetite suppression.

Just caught something you said X ...Are you suggesting that i throw in about 60 % egg whites INTO my shake as well as the protien.? That would be a very high amount of protein for injestion in one shake !! or not ?
