General: Slow check ins and logs the last week, a crazy week of work has captured most of attention but thankfully training and eating has been well maintained. Currently making tremendous progress using with
@Infinity Labs oils: test, EQ, mast, and
@ApexLabs_ GH and Reta. I’m achieving what I intended with this blast, my shape is changing significantly, I’m bigger, leaner, denser and harder. Strength hasn’t increased much overall but will see over the next couple months if changes since increasing the testosterone to ~750mg weekly. I have began aromatising a bit, especially with the HCG added into the mix 3-4 weeks ago, even with the EQ and mast, I am finding I have to use ~12.5mg exemestane x3 per week to keep puffiness and nipple itching down. Usually around this stage I would have more noticeable water retention but this is being kept under control with the mast, empagliflozin, and frequent electrolytes/taurine. Calories still hovering between 3200-3300 on training days and 3000 on non training days but am starting to slowly trend my average calories down overall to 2800/3000 on NTD/TD or but also funnily enough kicking the calories up a bit more for growth, especially while my metabolism . Average weekly step count is still high, but cardio has suffered a little unfortunately only getting 30-40 minute zone 2 sessions in the weekends, but the progress has remained consistent so I’ll take it. My experiment with injectable 5 amino and NAD+ has finished. Overall not much shift in energy compared to normal, nothing super noticeable but felt I had accelerated fat loss during the 40 or so days but hard to conclude with the Reta and GH present at effective doses. Looking to increase from 4 to 5iu HGH nightly from now on especially during this high adaptive period, Hunger is still insane, considering I apparently cannot use more than 5mg per week this hasn’t been ideal, but doing my damdest to stay disciplined but no such luck, I have indulged a fair portion of treats along the way, the odd cookie or ice cream etc.
I’ll be getting another hormone panel and and health check in 4 weeks and decide more the trajectory of this blast, I’m making incredible changes at this point in the 15th week, so I may drag this out till 24 weeks if overall health and performance remain intact before I transition into a cruise and health phase for a while. More updates and physique photos to come.
