cut.according to studies and to me grows longer than uncut but looks smaller when not erect.to tell you guy the truth mine goes from4 inches to 6.9 that is 3 inches of grow when erect. I ve heard that uncut dont grow as much and it looks bigger whn not erect. I dont know this for a fact because I am not realy interested on this I may be more interested on a clitories subject.but is just my opinion .let us kow if its true.
