Cut or Clean bulk desperate need help!?

Hey bros
I lifted for about 2 years and recently started again after about 10 months. I have LOST nearly all muscle and put on fat probs around 23 24% bf.
Should I cut down to 15 or so , or start a clean bulk ???
 
IMO, you do not want to bulk at all until you get to a reasonable amount of body fat. The result will just be you getting fatter. Cut down first, try to get near single digit body fat then you can think about bulking. There is a lot you can do to manipulate your diet to be able to make a bit of muscle gains while you are in a caloric deficit. At 24% body fat, a good few months of hitting the gym hard, good cardio, and a solid diet will get you where you need to be.

Also, if you decided to cut. Make sure you are still training heavy.

What are your full stats, age, height, and weight.
 
Hi , dnt knw if any1 is der or not..
I cannot decide if I should bulk or cut my age is 20 going to complete 21 This march body fat is 18.9% . Have gud muscle but der is loose fat in my body chest and waist that is ugly as hell.

No one needs to bulk unless they are 12% that's my opinion im sure many will say bulk at 15% but shit men that leaves ya at 18-20% or even higher when ur done that's fat

I don't wanna be fat ever !!!

I feel that even that's high

I could not eat to bulk knowing I'm 15% bf I feel way to fat at 15%

I get to 15% on the dirtiest of a bulk
 
Get to below 15% before u bulk

Unless u wanna have all ur muscle covered up

Stay lean and bulk lean it's the only way to stay looking good year round
 
Okay so m going to cut my bf to a single digit then start clean bulk .
And for the cycle i am going to start winstrol ilium injectable 150mg/ week with test propionate 250 mg/week clen and (anavar if i got some cash in hands)
 
Everything Ive been told was never bulk until your around 12%. Even then put the effort in and do a clean bulk (little over maintenance), you'll have results to be proud of.
