Ok so I'm on my first cycle: Test-C + Var and I'm eating everything in sight. I feel like I'm going to gain 40 pounds in 12 weeks if I eat like this. To give you an idea of my diet think thanksgiving: meat, potatoes, stuffing.
Anyway I really want to take full advantage and grow on this cycle but I'd prefer not to put on 25 pounds of muscle and 15 pounds of fat. I'd prefer 17 pounds of muscle and 3 pounds of fat.
If I ate the ideal diet of food: steel oats, fish, chicken breast, greens, etc but in the quantitiy needed to grow (4000 cals/day) would it really matter? Or at this level of intake are calories all the same and I'm likely to add the same amount of fat.
