Cut fat while bulking?

Ok so I'm on my first cycle: Test-C + Var and I'm eating everything in sight. I feel like I'm going to gain 40 pounds in 12 weeks if I eat like this. To give you an idea of my diet think thanksgiving: meat, potatoes, stuffing.

Anyway I really want to take full advantage and grow on this cycle but I'd prefer not to put on 25 pounds of muscle and 15 pounds of fat. I'd prefer 17 pounds of muscle and 3 pounds of fat.

If I ate the ideal diet of food: steel oats, fish, chicken breast, greens, etc but in the quantitiy needed to grow (4000 cals/day) would it really matter? Or at this level of intake are calories all the same and I'm likely to add the same amount of fat.

a conservative bulking ratio is 50% carbs, 35% prot, 15% fat. The reason you drop fats is because you are increasing carbs and that mixture is dangerous.

Where did you get the 4000 cals/day number?
 
concentrate on one thing. take advantage of the aas and bulk right now. when you're finish the cycle, that's when you should cut. keep doing what you're doing.
 
It would have been best to save the Var for after your test cycle. Eat while on the test. About 2 weeks before the end of your test cycle, start the Var and solid diet. Var will harden you up.

Oh ok, this is making sense. So basically during my best growth weeks (first 10 weeks) eat to grow, then with a couple weeks left eat to lean out. Cool dude. I can always get some more var, its only money.
 
Don't mix bulking and cutting... but also don't go overboard on bulking to the point where you gain fat. Just lean mass bulk and then cut 2 months after PCT is over.

I would eat as much as possible. Fucking eat your face off and grow. You can worry about cutting after. The anavar and test should help keep your bf levels in check
