My luck really sucks. The first time I ordered from overseas customs decided to take the gear. What do you guys do if you get a customs letter? Do you usually try to work something out with the source or just drop it and try again? I think I am screwed. That is the breaks when dealing with gear.

I have been using a domestic source up until this time. I wanted to try the wonderful European gear. Well that was a terrible idea. I suppose that I will try to get him to resend.

Same happened to me I'll probly not try int. again and just stay domestic my guy is more than willing to resend however

Just ask the source if he's been having trouble lately...a few have. If he hasn't been having trouble, then by all means have him resend...it was probably just a fluke that it got caught.

This source actually has a US remailer but I decided not to add the extra $20. That is why I feel even worse. You can call me a dumbass. I am going to try and have him use the remailer to send the goods. Do you think it is ok to have packages sent to my address after I received a customs letter?

Good source should resend, if you present custom letter. I would use different adress.

This source actually has a US remailer but I decided not to add the extra $20. That is why I feel even worse. You can call me a dumbass. I am going to try and have him use the remailer to send the goods. Do you think it is ok to have packages sent to my address after I received a customs letter?

I think I might know who you are talking about...and no, he won't use the remailer to resend (if it's the guy I'm thinking of).

And yes, you address should be fine...especially if it's domestic and doesn't have to go through customs...
