How do you guys feel about 12 weeks on and 10 weeks off? Or 10 weeks on and 9 weeks off? Enough recovery time in your opinion?
Are you expecting to fully recover the HPTA? In that case, no, it's not enough time off. What people don;t realize is, even though your numbers may look good, the HPTA is weakened. It needs time to operate on its own. Not doing so would be like stressing a broken bone as soon as the cast comes off.
My advice -- stay on BRIDGE for 3 months -- you'll still feel strong and make progress and give your HPTA time to fully recover.
You won't regret it.

I been cruising for almost 5 weeks at 125 mg /wk of test cyp. In another 2 weeks I will get my bloodwork done and if my Cholesterol and Kidney numbers look okay I am going to blast another cycle. I am 38 so I knew when I got back into the gym after years off I was ready to push the limits and that is what I will do and been doing. In my case, I dont want to waste time. I will let my HPTA recover when I get too old to go hard in the gym. I can still outwork 98% of the younger guys in the gym. Until I can't do it anymore I will continue to redline.
Im same age bro and am going down the same road as you regarding cruising between cycles. My natty test levels are low and i will do one more blood test in the next couple of weeks just to confirm this before my next cycle ( Jan 2011 ) .
I wouldnt have thought 125mg would be enough to maintain mass gained on a blast - i know this would be dependand on how much LBM you were carrying .
I am amazingly keeping my muscle and staying lean even at 125mg /week. My strength has dropped a bit, but NOT the drop I expected. I am just not adding weight to the bars weekly either anymore. Overall I am very satisfied with my cruising. I personally think it depends on your goals and age. I figure I have about 5 good years left before EVERYONE young calls me "sir". I am executing my plan of extreme LBM and staying shredded. So far so good. My next test will only test for Cholesterol and Kidney health. If they seem fine, I am blasting again regardless of my test levels.
Same cycle as last except different dosages.
Wk 1-8
600 mg Sustanon
300 mg Deca
splitting doses into 2 pinnings each week
Wk 9-14
300 mg SUST
50 MG Anavar /day
I love this 2 phase cycle. My results were amazing for muscle and cuts. The 6 weeks of Var just seems to solidify my gains after the 8 weeks of size and strength focus.
I am a big beleiever in keeping the Test and Deca blasts very short in duration.
That looks similar to my next cycle " sir "
I will be running the test+ deca longer tho- probably 12 weeks on test 10 on deca...at 750mg + 400mg
Might run VAR too .
Do you split that cruising dose into 2 shots or just pin once a week ? stable blood level and all that.....
so whats the best dose test for crusing if my stats is 33 y/o , 165lb , 5,6feet , i will finish my test500 , deca250 , eq 250 next month , and been on at 8th week now .
or can i crusing with eq only , or test with eq a low dose ???
