Thx k to all....I'm gonna try cutting 1 serving of oats out of my diet for the week and upping my cardio. I don't expect it'll make that big a difference, but every little bit helps. I'm definitely going to enjoy myself, I've already got a few bottles of Jack to sneak aboard...I'll just have to hit the gym/diet that much harder when I get back.
Don't just reduce your carbs -- deplete them, i.e. try not to eat any. You will shed the water, but the problem is, once you get on that ship and start eating carbs again, the bloat will come right back very, very quickly!
