Cruise in 1 week - any last minute tweaks?

Ok - so far my diet/exercise routine has been great. I'm down about 20lbs from the beginning of November and I look/feel like I've added a bit of muscle.

Now - I'm going on a cruise in a week and I'm wondering if there is anything I should change/tweak to lose a little extra this week or if I should keep on going slow and steady.

My current stats - 6'2" 215, 20% bf (on bathroom scale)

Intake - 2700cal/day 45%P/33%F/22%C

Workout - MWF HST; T,Th,Su Cardio;
 
BTW, as I said that 20% is on my bathroom scale, when I started my diet my scale said 23-24% but the trainer at the gym calipered me at 17% - so I'm assuming that there is a fairly high level of uncertainty in that bathroom scale.

What do you have? The Tatinia scale? Electro? I have it too....mine reads between 9-10.5% right now..........cant be off too much, but it is def. off......17% is still on the high side for my taste, but all that matters is if you are happy..........personally, when I go to the beach, I'm looking to be as shredded as possible......just because I;m a conceded prick.......lol....kidding..........just keep your diet together, but no doubt cruise food is gonna set you back, but have fun!!!!

Yah - def on the high side for my taste too. I let my weight get a bit out of control after having some issues in my personal life. My goal is still to get to 10-12% by summer. I have a Tanita scale of some description...its about 3 years old - not sure how much difference that makes.

I'm planning on doing cardio just about every day on the cruise to try and offset the food...we'll see how that works out.

10-12% by summer. What do you mean by summer? You wil have to up your cardio to every day. Have a sound diet and use fat burners. It is possible. But you will have to remember it will take 2-3 months to shred that much. Maybe more. You'll just to work your ass off. GOOD LUCK !!
 
As for more fat loss in under a week, obviously, not going to make that much difference, but if you tried to do some water and carb minipulation, you may be able to shed some water off, making you look thinner.

By summer I mean June...that gives me 5-6 months. I'm gonna try upping my cardio this week. Once I get back from the cruise I'll probably drop back into my normal routine and continue a slow steady cutting diet.
