Ok - so far my diet/exercise routine has been great. I'm down about 20lbs from the beginning of November and I look/feel like I've added a bit of muscle.
Now - I'm going on a cruise in a week and I'm wondering if there is anything I should change/tweak to lose a little extra this week or if I should keep on going slow and steady.
My current stats - 6'2" 215, 20% bf (on bathroom scale)
Intake - 2700cal/day 45%P/33%F/22%C
Workout - MWF HST; T,Th,Su Cardio;
