crossfit injuries are quite common because it is too much over training and peer pressure. plus it is volume training within a set time which puts tremendous pressure on the body.
i would recommend 2 things. get an inversion table + do hot yoga.
the worst thing you can do is keep hammering away or getting a cortisol shot. also chiropractors and massage therapists might mean well, but they will actually cause more damage by playing around with your injury
