hi guys as i stated earlier when i started thid thread i want and need to lose alot of weight/fat,as far as my diet goes i am eating 2800 calories i am 280 lbs 25-30%bf as far as my workouts go should i workout with weights on mon wed fri ando aerobics on all the other days if this all seem ok how long on th treadmill shoul i do at my hr on mon i do chest and tries , wed back bis fri shoulders legs calves my diet is based on dan duchanes isocaloric whis is 33% fat,33%pro,33%carbs plz guys i need all the feedback on this as i want to lose alot of fat in the shortest amount oftime all feedbacks
