Critique me please

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting.
I have been working out for around a year, and I would like some comments about any of my progress. Sorry for the quality of the pictures, they really suck, because I took still's off a digital video camerea. Better invest in a digital photo camera.
I enjoy reading this board, it has a lot of insight. I got sick of the sets of 3, 8 reps routine, so I switched over to the 5x5. So far when I work my chest, I get an immense pump.

Some stats:
Age: 17, turning 18
Height: 6"2
Weight: 185lbs
Max bench: 260lbs

I know my biceps in relation to everything else, I gotta improve em.

welcome to the board man, theres alot of very knowledgable ppl here to help you along the way. thats pretty good bench. and 5x5 has worked for a lot of ppl. good luck.
 
Its hard to tell progress without "before" pics bro. We can't tell how far you've come if we don't know where you started. How about some leg shots?

I meant to say, that my biceps relation in size are small to the rest of my body...
Right now I am only able to workout 3 (mon, wed, fri) days a week (at school actually, since gym membership is free), due to school, running a business.

I had some before shots, i'm still looking for them..sorry bout that
 
Don't obsess about your bicep size. Be sure to hit the big moves like squat, bench, and deadlift to really pack on the mass.
