Has anyone here any experience with creatine tablets and if so do they work as well as the powdered form? its just it gets a bit incovient carrying around food and a big tub of creatine. i know this should be on the supplements boars but nobody goes on there

How often are you taking creatine bro? I just put mine in a plastic shaker and throw them in my gym bag with my food...
