Creatine shelf life question

What"is the shelf life of creatine that's never been open and has always been stored properly, I bought like 8 months ago and didn't use it because I got sick, now I'm ready to get back in the gym, can I use it?

Yes use it. 8 months is nothing if stored correctly. Meaning not in the trunk of a car lol. I'm using 2 year old creatine and it's just fine.

Creative stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight will have a shelf life of around 5 years. It is still perfectly fine to take!

Supplement with 5g per day. Either take it before or after your workout each day.
