Creatine question

I've got some CREX12 and was about to start a cycle of creatine. I was just wondering when the best times to take it would be and how long should I cycle it for?

PS - b4 I was taking creatine...I took it an hour b4 a workout and right after the workout. On days that I didnt work-out, I took it once in the morning. I've been out of the gym since December, and I wanted to get back all the strength I lost in the last 2-3 months.
 
I would continue to take it before you train and again after you train. On non-workout days, still take two servings, but take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Remember to drink lots of water to prevent any cramping. I myself would suggest going off it after 8 weeks just to give your body a break. Hope that helps.:D
