Creatine Question

I know, another creatine thread by me


Anyway, I just got the GNC brand of creatine, unflavored nothing in it but creatine, 200 servings at 5g a serving I figured i'd get the most bang for my buck. My question is, what should I take it with? Grape juice or water or what? Mix it in with my protein shakes maybe? Also how long should I load for? I was thinking 5-7days. Thanks
 
5 days is good for loading.

Grapefruit is good, OJ is good, and post workout you could throw it right in your protein.
