creatine and cramping

I had a heavy leg workout today and the calf raises I did is the best I could do to work the soreness out. I lifted nearly as much as I normally do, and it felt great! Especially the warm up sets, but also the heavy ones. I ran today too and it felt better.

A gallon of water a day, and no more than two cups of coffee a day for me from now on.:fro:
