hey bros, im on a light eq/sust cycle
now before i started training with my new trainer, i would so 3 sets per exercise 10,8,6, and 3 sets

now i am on a cycle doing volume training, and basically we workout 6 times a week with 12 -16 sets per muscle

for example biceps

barbell curl 75X15,12,12 (15 second break)
scott bench 1 hand bicep curl(35lbs), 15X3 for each arm win NO break inbetween
concentration curls 30X 2X15( no breaks between sets) the man who writes my programs is a world powerlifting champion

or back

tbar row 40kg 3x15,12,12
superseted with close grip pull downs 150x 3x15

then cable rows 150 x 3 x 15
superseted with wide grip pulldowns 135 x3x15,12,12

then dumbell rows 60x 3 x15 for each arm with no breaks between any sets,

i take 50mg of ephedrine before these workouts and i am so dead by the end of every workout just pouring with sweat,

how does that program look like?, each muscle once a week?

thnx

I've tried various programs, some are better than others. I think the real key to it all is change. A change in your current routine is always good IMO. I wouldn't stick w/ that program for more than a month however, change is good but I like the basic routine established and like to go back to it.

I agree that mixing up your workout is the best thing to do. I usually do my own workout 1 week, then I'll do a friends the next week.
