Cramp

Bros,
been taking 1 tab of an ECA stack an hour before training for the last 6 weeks. Problem is I havent taken any Taurine for the last 4 weeks, now that I have started back on Taurine over the last 2 days I am having mad cramps in my toes and calfs while doing cardio....why ????

drinking at least roughly 2 1/2 litres during the day & 1 1/2 while working out.
